「It was fine.」

「We stayed 3 nights and found the apartment quite clean. We are a family of 4. However we were not thrilled with the online check in. I really don't like the idea of uploading sensitive documents like passports on their system or through what's app. And we wish the AC was cooler. Lastly, it would be nice if Actus could print instructions for the stove and blinds etc. Parking was OK in the lower level but we found the residents rude because they park their cars inappropriately making it harder to...

「The room was clean. Excellent communication with the staff on WhatsApp. The AC was not cooling the room down so I had to use the ventilator which got me sick on my last day in Rome (thankfully the weather was not hot, so I could handle the warmth) The location was not ideal as Centocelle is not the safest place in Rome and it’s very smelly, but manageable.」

「Everything was excellent, with the only exception being the music played over the loudspeakers in the hotel’s common areas at midnight is unnecessary.」

「good」

「very nice hotel to stay in Italy」

「The room was huge, clean and comfortable - with separate hall area to separate the bedroom from the bathroom. The decor is classic and grand, and the hotel is very well-maintained. The staff were helpful and polite. There were a good range of choices at breakfast. 」

「Good location」

「Excellent!! The staff in the reception was very nice and helped me a lot during my sudden accommodation!!」

「We had a Privilege, Double Room. Like: - The bed was sizable and comfortable for 2 persons - Toilet was ok sized - Room size was pretty sizable too - The roof top pool had amazing view and good for cooldown during summer heat - bar up at roof was reasonably priced too - close to colosseum within 5-10 mins walk Did not like: - hotel is a bit dated interior - the windows are incredibly small so the room was quite dark overall - a lot of amenities were very basic, including cups for drinking...
