Kings Home In Rome is a 19th-century apartment in the Piazza Vittorio Emanuele II

  • In our apartment you will find 5 rooms, all different from each other.
    Each room has a TV and an air conditioner and is combined with a private bathroom equipped with everything you need to stay in peace, including a bidet.
    Some rooms also have a 5.5m high ceiling or have 2 floors.
    Of course, to satisfy you there is also a park located very close, and our apartment can be reached by bus (Via Principe Eugenio) or underground (Vittorio Emanuele II station).

Magnifique appartement, très spacieux et propre. Il ne faut pas se fier à l’extérieur pour se faire une opinion. Family trip for 7 of us. Enough space for everyone to have their own space. Could not hear what was going on in other rooms. Everyone in the family enjoyed the stay. Would/will book again, next time we are in Rome!

Wonderful Stay

Terrific hosts, nice property and convenient location. Home comfortably accommodated 5 couples. Kitchen and living areas allowed the family to relax and enjoy time together after busy days of sight-seeing. The balcony was an added bonus - a most relaxing place to enjoy morning coffee. Hosts are very conscientious and kind. Genuinely cared about us having a good stay...and we sure did!

If you are going to Rome with a large group, I would HIGHLY recommend this property. The home is beautiful and the owner was so approachable, kind, and accommodating. If I am ever in Rome again, I will not hesitate to book this property.

Very nice place to stay in a difficult city

The bedrooms were large and comfortable. Kitchen tiny for a 5 bedroom facility but that may be normal for Rome. Not enough seating for 9 people in 5 bedrooms, but we made it work. Neighborhood seemed a bit iffy but we didn’t have any issues.

Amazing apartment!

Such a great apartment! We walked all over the city - Colosseum, Pantheon, and many other must-see locations. The nearby park is beautiful, and there is a restaurant a few blocks away that is a must-try (Trattoria Vecchia Roma). Only knock would be some homeless people and graffiti in the surrounding area. But we never felt unsafe, the host was so helpful and gracious, and we would absolutely stay again.

Italy here we come

This was our first night in Italy and it was very convenient to the train station and metro. The rooms were nice and big and had American approved air conditioning. It was very hot and this was the only place we stayed where we felt adequately cooled. Clean and the owner was easy to contact. I would stay there again.

This place had everything to make this stay special! It had throw away slippers so you wouldn’t have to worry about going bare footed! They had a quaint balcony that you could enjoy your morning Cappuccino which was conveniently downstairs a stones throw away from the property! The host was spectacular and we couldn’t have asked for a better pit stop to the Amalfi Coast!

We were so pleased with this home. The house was super clean, everything is new, and fully equipped. The rooms are super spacious. Chantal is a super host.
