我想实事求是的写点评价。居然评价被拒绝了。意思就是写不了差评咯。信用卡被盗刷，事情就是这样子。城市建设税，网页上写的每人每晚2欧，到店后实际收取每人每晚3.5欧。

跟hotels电话确认，酒店入住后除了预定时缴纳的房费税金外，还需按每人每晚2欧缴纳一笔额外的费用。我们一行3人住了3晚，按规定是要收取18欧，但酒店实际收了我们31.5欧。多出的费用至今未退还。实际入住的房间跟预定的房间不一样，网页上的地址只是见面地址，会有工作人员带你去实际入住地。31.5欧我是通过信用卡支付的，支付时工作人员要我输入信用卡密码，当时觉得有点奇怪为什么要输入密码但也没多想。在整个行程中信用卡只在这家酒店跟巴黎春天各刷过一次。在巴黎时信用卡被盗刷了，而信用卡一直在我身上。其中的种种你们自己去想吧。

Comfortable room in a great location! Staff were communicative and helpful with our questions. Short walk to transit and lots of great restaurants in the area. Powerful A/C was welcome in the hot weather and loved relaxing on the terrace. The luggage storage was very helpful too! Would happily stay again.

A great place to stay in Rome, a short walk from the Colosseum, and other transport options (bus, underground, tram) nearby. The room was comfortable with everything we needed. Daily breakfast on the terrace was great. Lovely restaurants nearby too. Would thoroughly recommend and we hope to return.

Such a friendly place! We stayed 2 nights with our 13yo daughter. It’s like both staying in very small hotel and at friend’s place. The owner is very welcoming. You can catch metro and buses to go anywhere in Rome a few blocks away. It’s on the outskirt of the city center but still well located.

Booked this room for 1 night with family of 4. Very clean, good location, good service. Our room was pretty small but I think it’s typical for Rome. The room could use some decor improvement to make it more inviting and cosier. Other than that we had a good stay.

This was a great location for our three nights in Rome. The staff was friendly and responsive when I reached out. Room was very clean and simple. We stayed in room 6. I am a American woman size 2022. I just fit in the shower door. This is not a complaint. It is a reality of me being a larger person. However, this might be something you as a traveler need to consider. I do not know the situation of the other bathrooms. I would definitely stay there again.

The staff at Le terrazze di San Giovanni were excellent, they provided great recommendations, made self check-in easy, and were overall very friendly and helpful on our trip. The neighbourhood is quieter than the areas of Rome we visited which was a nice relief. The restaurants in the area were great and felt authentic. We stayed in the rooms for 4 people and found them to be a decent amount of space for us. The Air conditioning worked well. The property is a bit older and the bathrooms are small, but don’t let that stop you from picking this place for a quiet place to rest. The terrace was nice for peaceful breakfasts and drinks at the end of the evening.

One of the rooms had a shower that smelled badly. Not a whole lot of parking out front. Rooms were clean and simple. Nice community kitchen, air conditioner blew cold but turned off during the night. No elevator, only stairs. Owners were very nice and accommodating. They were able to arrange transportation to the airport very early in the morning. Had a nice terrace with seating.

I'm not familiar with Italy's hotel rating system, but this establishment, labeled as a 3-star hotel, falls short of deserving that designation. While the staff were nice and facilitated a smooth self-check-in process, the overall design and construction of the place are inconvenient and cheaply executed. As an architect I can confidently speak to this issue, noting flaws in both room layout and common area configuration. The terrace which is rendered as a highlight in the photos is disappointingly noisy due to its proximity to a busy street. Breakfast offerings are minimal, consisting mainly of cheap sweets. To top it all the bathroom exhaust was not functioning other than making noise, contributing to an unpleasant 4 day stay. Despite advertising laundry facilities, such services were not available. The lack of a card payment system to cover local taxes added an unnecessary burden of having to find cash to my experience.
