All about location. Small place up 4 flights of stairs (have elevator) One of those places that promises more than it delivers. Clean but cramped. Breakfast good.

This was a great Hotel to stay at. Location was fabulous, being tight around the corner from the Pantheon. The staff were lovely and very helpful and the room was very clean with comfortable beds. Our only advice would be if you want a taxi from the hotel, walk to a Taxi Stand. The staff was very helpful and called two taxis for us, and neither showed up. The staff did end up walking us to the taxi stand near the Pantheon, which was very helpful, but we missed our train because of Taxi’s not showing up when called. You can also book an airport pickup through the hotel, which we found so helpful and made our arrival stress free after a long flight.

We wish we could have stayed longer! The location was fantastic, and the rooms were so cute, clean, and comfortable. The air conditioning was amazing- we actually had to turn it up, which is unheard of for Americans traveling in Europe! The staff was incredibly communicative, helpful, and accommodating. We also booked transportation to and from the airport through the hotel, and the drivers dropped us off and picked us up right at the door. They were responsive and easy to coordinate with, making everything seamless. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience and would absolutely love to stay here again!

Perfect Location in the Heart of Rome! had a wonderful stay! The location is absolutely perfect, with the Pantheon literally at your doorstep. It was so convenient for exploring Rome, with so many restaurants, cafés, shops, and attractions within walking distance. The hosts were super nice, welcoming, and helpful. Our flight was delayed, and they were incredibly accommodating and made our late arrival easy and stress-free. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay here again when we return to Rome!

Perfectly located just steps from Pantheon, but still quiet. Not your usual hotel. No lobby, no public area. Entrance to building on the street, then elevator to 4th floor where hotel is located. Then enter a room which serves as office, check in and breakfast area in the am. However despite a small staff everything went smoothly, Gentleman at the desk who served as check in, helped with luggage, cleaning and breakfast preparation( very adequate breakfast)and arranged transportation to airport for the next day. Room was very clean, nicely decorated and roomy. Would definitely recommend if you can do without the glitz of a fancy lobby.
