DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS OWNER.

What is not listed in the property description is that you can not check-in later than 8:00pm. My friends and I tried to do a later check-in and were not notified until the day before our trip that we were not allowed to and had to end up sleeping in the airport because everything else was booked. We also did not receive a refund for this night that we were not allowed in the apartment. The apartment itself is beautiful to stay in and in a nice location but I do not trust the owner. Three hours after we had checked out, the owner contacted me again saying I would need to pay a large fine for damages made to the apartment. My friends and I made no damages and even cleaned the apartment before we left, and made sure to keep everything tidy. She then tried to blame us for additional damages when there were none to begin with. I do not recommend this owner!

Perfect spot

We are sooo happy we were able to stay at this apartment. Not only was it convenient to get to restaurants and the beach, it was also only a short walk to catch the train into Rome. A special bonus was the large private patio which we used nightly to enjoy a rest and a drink after a long day of sightseeing. Svetlana was a wonderful property host, answering all our questions and even arranged a private driver to take us to the airport after our stay. We had no complaints and would recommend this apartment to anyone visiting the Ostia area. Thank you Nicoletta for allowing us to stay in your flat and for making us feel welcomed and comfortable.

Alles tip top geregeld. Zeer mooi appartement en geweldige gastvrouw. Prima uitvalsbasis voor bv Rome en dichtbij div. horeca gelegenheden. Wij kunnen werkelijk geen minpunt bedenken.

Perfekter Urlaub in Lido di Ostia

In dere Zeit vom 16. bis 26. Oktober 2019 waren wir Gäste (4 Pers.) in Ihrer Wohnung in Lido di Ostia. Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Die schöne Begrüssung von Maria, anschliessende Fahrt mit ihr durch die Gegend mit vielen Tipps, hat uns sofort geholfen, uns in der Umgebung zurecht zu finden. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Bei Fragen oder kleinen Problemen war Maria stets da, vielen Dank dafür. Auch der Rücktransfer zum Flughafen wurde perfekt von Maria organisiert. :) Eine Sache müssen wir aber noch anmerken; Für 4 Gäste (geschweige von 6 Gästen) sind die Kleiderschränke einfach zu klein (viele Fächer fest abgeschlossen!). Auch der Tisch auf der Terasse ist viel zu klein und sehr instabil :( Nichtdestotrotz haben wir den Urlaub sehr genossen. Nach langen Besichtigungstouten in Rom konnten wir ohne weiteres in den Nicolettas Räumlichkeiten neue Kräfte tanken für die weiteren Ausflüge nach Rom und Vatikan. Maria, vielen Dank dafür, dass wir unseren schönen Urlaub in Lido genossen konnten, wir werden die Location weiterempfelen. Viele Grüße an Nicoletta, die wir leider nicht kennegelent haben :( Maria, grazie ancora per tutto e viva Italia!!! Katarina, Katarina, Andreas und Tomasz :)))

Perfection

Excellent location for going into Rome or for the beach. The apartment is on a busy street but you wouldn’t know it inside. It is beautifully furnished and equipped. Maria and Lucca did such a great job welcoming us and provided us with all the information we needed and keep the apartment emaculate. Thank you !!
