This hotel was close to many things to do in Rome. Luisa was very helpful and was able to answer all of our questions as well book a hop on hop off bus tour for us. The rooms were nice and clean. We would definitely stay here again!

Great location between all the "need to see" activities. Although, it's tucked away in a quieter neighborhood which was fantastic. Luisa was great checking us in and lining up a taxi for our departure. Every entry is a keypad, so no room key which was a great feature. Would definitely stay here again.

We had a wonderful stay at Luxury on the River in Rome. The room was very clean, tidy, and comfortable, making it a great place to relax after a day of sightseeing. A special thank you to Luisa, who was an amazing host throughout our stay. She was incredibly helpful, always quick to respond, and provided excellent food recommendations that helped us experience some fantastic local restaurants. Her local knowledge and friendly attitude made our trip even more enjoyable. The location was also very convenient for exploring Rome. What a great location. The check in process was a little scrambled as we were coming from a 14 day Cruise and our internet was in and out. But all in all it was a very pleasant stay. The place was clean and the maid helped us with our bags. We stayed close to downtown where all the shops and excitement was.
The lovely shared front room. I sat here a few times with no one sharing the space. It felt quite private our entire stay.

Luisa at the luxury on the River provided a great customer service experience. She helped us coordinate all the transportation and gave us great guidance to navigate the city. She help made our first trip to Europe, very comfortable, safe and stress free. They even storage our extra luggage while we went on a cruise for a week. Definitely recommend.

I booked this guest house due to its location. It's walkable although not close to Vatican and main Rome tourist areas. so if there is a strike i don't have to rely on public transportation. Luisa was very friendly and helpful. Plenty of good restaurants and a grocery store nearby. I booked a basic room, It was spacious for 2 people. Air conditioning worked well for the first night, then seemed to be weak for the rest of 3 nights but manageable.

Spent 3 nights in Rome at Luxury on the River. Excellent location as a short walk over the bridge brings you to where you want to be in Rome. Walked everywhere and felt safe at all times. A lot of restaurants and cafes in the area. Luisa at reception was helpful, knowledgeable and so kind. Room was quaint, very clean and amenities excellent ( espresso in room first thing in the morning a hit) . Looking forward to a two night stay on our way home!

Everything about our 3 day stay at the Luxury on the River in Rome was wonderful. Our room was clean spacious, bed was comfortable, bathroom included many amenities including shampoo. Hand soaps, a sewing kit, qtips. A coffee maker with all the fixins, water bottles a refrigerator. Our room included a balcony. Our host provided warm hospitality and gave us good local information. We would stay there again and highly recommend it.
