Sehr Zentral gelegen. Für den der Rom erkunden will eigentlich perfekt. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und aufmerksam. Abstimmung mit dem Hotel war verlässlich. Würde ich wieder buchen auf jeden Fall!

We were never sent codes to get in. This is not a hotel. We stopped going to AB&B because of this, never again will we stay at such a small place.

The bed are as hard as rocks.. very old bed..basic do it yourself breakfast. Too expensive for what they offer. Great location.

The place is very clean and nice. The problem is that the private bathroom is not in your room, its about 4 doors down. They should have provide us with bathrobe cause your in a public area. They advertise as a full buffet breakfast but its not its more like continental breakfast

Very convenient place to stay as it is close to the main station and all of Rome attractions. Lidia was very responsive and Leo really made our stay unforgettable and hassle free.

최악의 체크인 경험

투숙 전날 메일을 보내서 오후2시에 체크인할 예정이라고 알려주고 알았다고 답장도 받았는데 다음날 호스트가 나오지 않아 당황스러웠다. 다른분들 후기에는 호스트가 잘 인솔해주고 친절하다고 봐서 더더욱 그랬다. 건물 대문에 비밀번호가 걸려있는데 계속 벨을 눌러도 답변이 없고 전화도 안되는 해외유심이고 주인에게 메일을 보내도 답변이 없어 들어가는데 30분 이상 걸렸다. (알고 보니 비밀번호를 며칠 전 메일로 알려주는 시스템) 방문 또한 여는 방향이 한국과 반대이고 키카드가 아닌 일반열쇠(이 또한 한국과 여는 방법, 잠그는 방법 다름)를 이용하고 있어 방문 여는것, 잠그는 것, 화장실 찾는것도 한참 걸림. B&B처음 이용하는 분이시면 학을 떼실듯하다. 나머지는 화장실이 밖에 있는것 빼고 만족스러웠음.

バスルームは部屋の外にあるが自分専用であった。外にあるのでちょっと不便ではあるが、慣れれば問題無い。ホテルではないので常時スタッフはいないが、SNSで連絡を取ることができるのであまり困ることは無かった。専用バスルーム、朝食、冷蔵庫、エアコン付と考えればコストパフォーマンスが高い宿である。

테르미니역에서 걸어서5분거리의 안락한 호텔

테르미니역에서 걸어서 5분정도거리입니다. 접근성이 매우 뛰어나고, 시설은 오래되긴했지만 잘관리되어있습니다. 도로옆 방이라 창문을 닫아도 소음이 좀 있긴 하지만 예민하지 않다면 가성비 추천합니다. 조식은 주방에서 직접 커피를 내리고, 가져다 먹을 수 있습니다만 우유,커피,식빵,쿠키가 전부이며 과일은 없습니다. 그래도 아무때나 이용가능하여 편리했고 방안에 창가 식탁에서 주로 먹었습니다. 남부투어(한국서비스)를 이용했더니 일정 후 하차지점이 호텔 바로 근처여서 편리했습니다. 숙소 바로 근처에 Simply라는 수퍼마켓이 지하1층에 있고 꽤 늦게까지 합니다. 거기서 주로 과일과 요거트, 음료와 물 등을 사다가 먹었습니다. 방안에 냉장고가 없습니다. 커피포트도 없습니다. 유럽의 대부분의 호텔엔 커피포트가 없습니다만 냉장고가 없다는 점은 좀 아쉽네요. 한여름에 만약 온다면, 주방의 공용냉장고를 써야할지 의문입니다. 숙소통로에 주변 지도 및 렌트카 정보가 있으니 참고하셔도 좋습니다. 같은 건물 다른면에 작은 슈퍼가 있습니다. 거기서 한국컵라면도 다 팝니다. 이어폰도 팔고 자물쇠도 팝니다. 관광지들과는 1킬로미터 조금 넘는 거리지만 걸어가며 볼게 많습니다.

Pas de reception. Petit déjeuner pris dans la chambre et un peu pauvre. Pas de pain frais. Propreté très correcte. Frigo pas protégé ma fille a brûlé sa main dans un tuyau. Isolation sonore tres mauvaise mais heuresement pas de gens bruyants cette semaine la. Dommage qu'on n'a vu personne mais toujours disponible sur WhatsApp.

Lovely 0lace, great service. Just a bit noisy

Staff was amazing! Location great! People were going on and out all night and the doors slam so it was a bit hard to get sleep but isn't not anything the hotel can do. It's the age of the building.

위치는 매우 좋음

위치는 매우 좋음. 호텔이 아니라 B&B로 크기가 다른 방이 4개인 아파트로 방 2개는 실내 화장실이, 다른 2개는 거실에 화장실이 있어서 서로 다른 팀인경우 식사는 각자 방에서 해야함. 시설은 편안한 편으로 호텔보다 방이 조금 넓음. 조식은 매우 간단, 호텔 부페 조식 생각하면 절대 안됨. 단백질과 과일이 필요한 경우 구입해서 가는 것을 권유. 호스트는 입실시에 볼 수 있고 필요시 전화로 연락해서 자유롭게 지내면 됨. 전체적으로 청결하고 한국인들이 많이 이용함. Erà molto comodo per muoverci a Roma, sia per Termini e sia per luoghi famosi di città. Non è un Hotel, ma un B&B appartamento perciò un po ampio di hotel. La colazione è molto semplice perciò chi ha bisogno di priteina e la frutta prendere prima e portarli come noi.

Great place near Termini Station

I stayed here for one day each at the beginning and end of my trip. It is a very lovely place. Less than 10 minutes from Termini Station so super convenient if you have to leave early or just want a quick commute to the station, and directly across the street from Santa Maria Maggiore. The room was super clean, good shower and bathroom, able to close the windows for complete darkness at night or keep them open with light curtains. They were easy to communicate with. You do have to arrange your arrival because there is not a front desk, but they allow for pretty early check-in (10 and 11 am for our two stays). Even being in a fairly busy area of the city, it was quiet at night. Would definitely recommend.

가성비 최고의 숙소네요 위치 정말 좋구요 갖가지 간식들이 충분하고 매우 친절합니다 다만 건물 외관공사 인테리어를 하는지 건축 설치물이 있어서 소음이 좀 있더라구요 총평은 괜찮은 곳!

위치굿 만족만족

정말 좋았어요!! 일단 위치가 굿!숙소에서 나와서 왼쪽으로 코너돌면 바로 떼르미니역이 보여서 역 찾기도 정말 쉬워요!ㅋㅋ 걸어서 주변 명소로 갈 수도 있지만 역이 가까워서 기차나 버스통해 가기도 정말 편하고 좋았습니다 숙소 안내해주신 분도 정말 친절하고 기대하지 않았던 무료조식도 은근히 잘 이용했어요!^^ 크롸상과 토스트 요거트 커피 우유 후레이크등 간단한 것들이지만 요긴했습니다! 청소나 관리도 잘 되어있고 숙소까지 현관과 숙소입구 2중 잠금으로 안전한 느낌이었어요 다만 조금 아쉬운 것은 바로 앞에 마조레 성당이 있고 주변에 식당들이 있어서 일찍 자는 날은 다소 소란스러운 느낌이 조금 있지만 예민하신 분은 신경쓰이는 정도이고 둔하시면 그렇게 크게 신경쓰이지 않는 정도입니다

聖堂近くのアクセスの良いホテル

シャワーのお湯等は問題はないが、ドライヤーが故障しており、1分くらい使うと使えなくなってしまう。(時間を置けばまた1分程使用可能。) 宿泊する際はドライヤーの持参をお勧めします。

Passaggio a Roma

Comodo per chi viaggia in treno e vuole visitare Roma, anche a piedi. Pulizia ineccepibile e gentilezza del personale, sia al check-in sia del signor Leo. La camera aveva bagno privato esterno, come indicato. La colazione è limitata dalle normative a prodotti confezionati.

테르미니 역에서 멀지않고 어렵지 않게 갈 수 있다. 콜로세움,트레비분수도 걸어다녔다. 방은 넓은 편이며.. 조식을 각자 챙겨먹을 수 있어 일일투어(남부투어,바티칸투어)시 일찍 챙겨먹을 수 있다. 주인아저씨 추천 맛집은 매우 성공적이었드

테르미니역에서 가까운 교통이 편리한 곳에 있고 깨끗하고 잠자리가 편한 숙소이며 시비스가 좋은 숙소임. 다음에도 숙박할 의향이 있음. 다만 체류중 한번 정전으로 다소 불편했던 것이 옥의 티였음.
