Joseph was very attentive and helpful. Breakfast is delicious. Location is amazing. Near Vatican museum and metro station. Lots of good food around. The units are on the third floor of the building. There is an elevator.

Great location. Close to the Vatican, Metro, and many great restaurants. Friendly, helpful manager. Easy check in, once i got in touch with the staff. Only difficulty was unlocking the outside door with the key, but that might be just me, hahaha.

We enjoyed and comfortable 2 night stay while in Rome. The property is a short walk from the Metro Station and taxi fare to FCO is €55 flat rate. This is a 3 minute walk to the Vatican Museums. The property manager is fantastic - pleasant and very helpful. This was the most comfortable bed we had throughout our time in Italy. Thank you for a great stay.

Weeklong stay without any regrets. The proprietor Joseph was very courteous and informative and helped us navigate the rail system. Property is convenient to the Vatican, the Metro, and several bus lines making this hotel an excellent hub for exploring the city. We were able to explore the morning, quick run back to the hotel to get out of the heat and back at it in the evening without feeling we wasted any of our vacation. Hotel was clean and outside the occasional ambulance very quiet. Felt more like a B&B than a hotel. Various pastries left over from breakfast are left out for guests which made for a nice snack several evenings. Highly recommend this establishment

One of the best hotels we have ever stayed in. Close to the subway station Ottaviano and only 5 minutes a walk from Vatican. Very nice area with a lot of restaurants and shops. The hotel and our room were very cozy and clean! Amazing and helpful stuff, also free tea/coffee items and some treats. We will definitely get back here next time! :)

The located on the third floor, there is an elevator for your luggage. It is perfectly clean, very friendly and very helpful. The proprietor was excellextremely helpful in giving us directions around Italy and calling us a cab for the wee hours of the morning. It is extremely close to the Vatican. We loved it!

Perfect stay!

Great stay! The manager was amazing so accommodating and helpful. Check in was super fast and access in and out of the building was secure but straight forward. The rooms were a little smaller than I expected from the pictures but we really didn’t spend that much time there anyway, cleaned every day with fresh towels and the window shutters were great for keeping the early morning sunlight out. Only one thing to mention would be the bath must have a leak as every time we used it it would flood the bathroom, so just something to be looked at, otherwise it was the perfect stay!

Owner is very nice and helps you with anything you want. Beds were not the comfiest, but still OK. Took a little time to get hot water in the shower. After all we had a peasent stay at this price worthy hotel. Good location, near the Vatican and a metro station

Noisy street, the shower was not situated properly and was flooding the bathroom area. We saw mold around the tub. The hotel did not have a key card to enter so you have to carry almost 6-7 keys with you all the time to enter the property. The manager was very friendly and helpful. He gave us a map and explained how to get around the city. Location was very near the vatican, almost 10 mins.

Enjoyable Experience

The hotel is located very close to the Vatican and has easy access to the Rome city center. Also, the receptionist was very entertaining and gave us a lot of information about the city. Die Lage ist sehr gut, um den Petersdom, die Vatikanischen Museen und die Engelsburg fußläufig zu erreichen. In ca 5 Minuten erreicht man die Metro zu Fuß und es gibt zahlreiche gute Restaurants in der nahen Umgebung. Der Gastgeber ist sehr freundlich und gibt sehr gute Tipps zu den Sehenswürdigkeiten.

Sem dúvida o diferencial foi no atendimento, muito cordial e nos auxiliou em tudo com a estadia em Roma. O hotel é bem confortável e a localização é ótima, próxima do metrô, bons restaurantes e de vários pontos turísticos de serem realizados a pé.
