- Casa Lumiere is perfect for 4 guests, but can accommodate up to 6 people.
It is located on the seventh floor with elevator, 5 minutes from the Tiburtina train station and Metro.
The space is comfortable and bright, and is developed around a large living room with sofa bed, WIFI, smart TV, dining table for 6 people and kitchen equipped with all the essential appliances such as microwave oven, induction hobs, electric oven, kettle and NESPRESSO type coffee machine.
There are two bedrooms, colorful, bright and spacious, with double beds. The apartment is completed by a bathroom complete with all the sanitary fixtures, and a comfortable balcony with sink, washing machine and clothes horse!
We use sanitized and sanitized sheets and towels with antibacterial products.
Out of respect for our planet we have adopted soap and shower dispensers with quality natural products and to minimize waste we use refillable powder detergents for greater attention to the environment.

I loved this property which made me fall in love with Rome even more.
I was looking for the authentic Roman experience not close to the touristy places and I found this gem.
Communication was outstanding from booking until farewell. When we arrived, there was a bag and Prosecco waiting for us! It made the beginning of this trip so special.
There were two rooms with very nice and beautiful decor. There is one bathroom also nicely decorated. Personally, I loved the floor of the shower as it massaged my tired feet. The property is fully equipped with everything you may need for your stay but if you forgot any basic or no so basic items, there is a grocery store on the same avenue 5 minutes away.
You have so many options for cafe, aperitivo and dinning. My top were Monaco for coffee, Caffe Virtu for coffee or late night food, and Ristorante ArCasale which I loved.
Getting there is so easy whether you fly in from Fiumicino, or by train at Roma Tiburtina. You can walk from the train station and in 10 minutes be at the property which made it soo convenient. Also, you can take the bus literally in front of the property which can connect you to any place you want to go to in Rome.
This was my 3rd time in Rome and hands down I recommend this property for anyone visiting and wanting a very authentic experience.

A great location and lovely place
This was a perfect place for four people. Plenty of space and not a far walk to the Metro into Rome proper or the train station if you're arriving that way. We drove in and there were plenty of parking garages nearby, though street parking would have cheaper if we could've found it.
