There’s a bed, shower, toilet and a basin. Nothing else except a noisy air-conditioner in a very small room. Very close to the railway station so ok if your stay is brief. Staff were friendly.

Room/Bedding was clean, staff where very attentive. Although a basic hotel it was perfect for our stay. No kettle in room but asked and a kettle two cups saucers and tea bags were given to me straight away . A great location just a 5 mins walk from the train station and we walked to all the main attractions, couldn't fault it,!

The room was small but functional. Location and staff were good. My only concern was the walls are paper thin and the doors also don't block out noise so I was awoken by the comings and goings of my neighbours. Mostly is was tolerable but the 3am drunken rowdiness was as just too much.

Staff are friendly and helpful. Place is conveniently located near train station, walking distance. A lot of places where you can eat. Just across the street and a block away. Hair dryer and toilet seat needs repair. Hotel signage needs to be updated and the entrance is kinda confusing. Reception desk is located on the second floor. Stairway needs some lighting, too dark, if you have a vision problem you could easily trip.

Our stay in Rome exceeded every expectation. From the moment we arrived, the staff and especially with the help of Mahatab made us feel genuinely welcome with warm hospitality and attentive service throughout our stay. The hotel was exceptionally clean, and perfectly located for exploring Rome’s historic sites, restaurants, and charming streets. The room was quiet, and incredibly comfortable after long days of sightseeing. We especially appreciated the thoughtful details, comfortable bed, and stunning views of the city. Breakfast was fresh and delicious, with a great variety of local and international options. What truly made this stay memorable was the level of care from the entire team. Every recommendation they gave us from restaurants to places around the city made our trip even more special. Staying here made our experience in Rome unforgettable, and we would absolutely return on our next visit to Italy. Highly recommended to anyone looking for comfort, convenience, and exceptional service in Rome.

Nos hospedamos en el hotel por una noche, por la, cercanía de la estación de Termini. Tuvimos una grata experiencia, el personal de recepción fue muy amable y servicial.
