Extremely disappointing experience. As soon as we walked into the room, we saw multiple ants lined up right above the bed. We requested a room change, but the staff was uncooperative. Instead of helping us, they asked us to leave for one night and return to the hotel the next day. One staff member was especially rude and refused to let us speak to the manager. They showed zero respect for tourists. Also, the rooms look nothing like the pictures online—don’t be fooled by the misleading photos.

When we arrived, we checked in, paid the fees and everything, and once we were ready to have the Keys, they told us they did not have our room (family suite) so they gave us two rooms. We did not want to split because I neeeded help with the baby, but that were not open at all either to refund or find another room to fit us all. Thwy never respond to Expedia asking for a refund or a discount. We had no choice to stay there not knowing if we would get a refund. There was no hot water at 9pm, which they told us was normal since there is a lot of people. It is not normal. The breakfast and the rooms are not Even on the same street. Horrible experience with bad service.

A gem! Right across the street from the train station. Easy access to Metro, trains, shopping and many restaurants. Upon arrival, we were upgraded to their newly renovated rooms within a separate building on the next street over. Quick walk to the main hotel and it had so much character and style. At least three restaurants right outside of the front door. Make sure to check them out! Especially Andrea’s Pizzeria. Amazing service. The hotel staff was super friendly and made sure all of our needs were met. The breakfast staff were truly a pleasure to be around with first thing in the morning. The service and food was excellent.

Location is convenient by train station. Breakfast staff friendly. Check in staff not friendly & didn’t answer my ask for an early check in as we had very few hours in the hotel before our flight & needed a rest. Very poor soundproofing. The worst part- no mattress cover on the mattress just a thin sheet which seems unsanitary. How can they possibly keep the mattresses clean? Room was dark and dreary, not as pictured. Air con was strong though which we needed in the heat wave. Not recommended.
