The staff are excellent !! Very welcoming, courteous, accommodating. They make themselves available if you have any questions on how to get around safely. Natalie is so accommodating. She finds ways on how to help you- your stay and other inquiries about tours and travels around. Ruth is marvelous! She makes sure the room is clean everyday. She also makes sure that you have a good breakfast nicely prepared and healthy food. And the place is in close proximity to places I wanted to go. Very accessible and it’s like a home away from home. I recommend this place specially for single traveler / wanderlust. I’m going back next year and will stay again here. I will bring other friends with me next time. Thank you Thank you very much. It is located on the 3rd floor and only 10 rooms. The location is convenient if you are going to spend more time in Vatican. It is closed to the bus stop or Metro if you want to go to Rome. It is a good and clean hotel. It looks it has been upgraded to modern looks. You hardly see the receptionist. So, I think it is not a hotel that you use to get. It is more like a high end B&B.

This place was perfect, right out side Vatican City wall. The staff was so helpful and accommidating with anything we needed. Communication about check in was amazing, and they were able to meet us the moment we got to the hotel even though check in was not for 4 more hours. Felt super safe at the resort, and again location was just what I wanted.

Enough to sleep and get rest.

The hotel was in a very central location but was not easy to find first. There was a very small signboard on the building which you could see only near the entrance. The building has a nostalgic lift which was amazing to see it was still working very well. The hotel was at the 3rd flat of a building not like a dedicated building made us a bit disappointed. However, they gave us the keys of the entrance door and the flat door so it turned out feeling like staying in your rented flat. But do not expect a common hotel experience. There were very limited plugs in our room and was not enough to charge our phones, smart watches, external batteries and camera equipments. There were three available plugs; one in the bathroom, two near the two sides of the bed. Cattle was not stopping itself after the water boiled. Only one bin was in the bathroom. The most important thing for us was the air conditioner which was working very well. Windows were looking to the garden which was relatively comfortable to prevent the city noise. Unfortunately do not expect a city view. Shower gels were provided like small tester bags which were not enough sometimes. Particularly if you have shower twice in a day under 35 degree sunlight. Cupboard was enough and clean. If you need something urgent you have to wait until the staff appears who you can not find at the flat most of the times. They helped us to leave our luggage on our last day in Rome after checking out. Staff was very friendly.
