Modern apartment in the center of Rome near metro A (80 m2, A / C, Wi-Fi)

  • The apartment is 80 square meters and consists of a double bedroom with a large wardrobe, chest of drawers and TV (with air conditioning), a second bedroom with a triple bunk bed (2 below and 1 above), desk with computer ( free wi-fi fiber optic line) and finally lounge / third bedroom with a comfortable double sofa bed, table with chairs for dining, TV and DVD. All bedrooms and the corridor have parquet.
    The kitchen is separate and complete with microwave, toaster, coffee maker, kettle and everything needed for cooking
    The apartment is equipped with sheets, towels, washing machine, detergents and various soaps.
    The building, thanks to solar panels, produces 20% of the electricity consumed.

    HOW TO GET TO THE APARTMENT

    FOR THOSE WHO COME BY CAR
    Enter the Grande Raccordo Anulare (G. R.A.) and exit at exit number 23 (Via Appia Nuova) in the direction of "San Giovanni".

    FOR THOSE WHO COME BY PLANE
    From Fiumicino airport, take the "Leonardo Express" train to the "Termini" station, take the Metro line A for 4 stops, direction "Anagnina", get off at "Ponte Lungo".
    Or, from Fiumicino airport, take the FM1 metropolitan train, direction "Fara Sabina", to the "Tuscolana" station.

    From the "Ciampino" airport there is a shuttle that takes you to the "Anagnina" Metro station, line A, and by taking it you get to "Ponte Lungo" in 9 stops.

    FOR THOSE WHO COME BY TRAIN
    From the "Termini" station take the underground A, direction "Anagnina", get off at the fourth stop, Ponte Lungo.

Pas de propriétaire une agence !!

Déçu d'être passé par une agence et non un particulier personne à l'arrivée heureusement un voisin a appelé le propriétaire qui a appelé l'agence nous étions loges dans un sous sol côté rue bruits assuré par les voitures et les voisins du dessus (plancher bois) pas de soleil éclairage obligatoire. Notre séjour à Rome était excellent "quand même" :-)

This apartment was comfortable for our family of five.

The apartment was in a quiet neighborhood, but still gave us access to all of the sites we wanted to see via the metro. It had comfortable beds for all five members of our family and enough storage space for all of our clothes and things. We found many neighborhood restaurants that were excellent and away from the crowded tourist areas. The bathroom had a nice, big shower. The apartment had air conditioning, which was a blessing, since we visited in August. We would stay here again and would definitely recommend it to anyone visiting Rome.

We traveled as 2 couples, the apartment was excellent, great location, quiet, spacious, clean, safe .About 250m from the metro station,25 min on foot from Colosseum..Apartment well equipped. We had excellent information from the host.We booked taxi transport from airport through them as an excellent alternative for us because our flight was late in the evening.Magdalena, our contact person is always available for all information and help.I would recommend this apartment for a group of friends or family!!!

Muy buen apartamento

Nuestra estancia fue perfecta. El apartamento era grande y espacioso y muy limpio. Tenía de todo, 3 toallas para cada persona, utensilios de cocina, secador, plancha de ropa, TV, DVD, ... El propietario muy amable y puntual, nos lo explicó todo perfcetamente. La zona es muy bonita y tranquila, con supermercados, tiendas y demás muy muy cerca. El metro se encuentra a unos 700m pero es un paseo rápido y en menos de 10 min de metro estás en Termini. Muy recomendable!

A LOVELY APARTMENT IN ROME AT A GREAT PRICE

A very comfortable and very clean apartment In Rome at a great price shops and restaurants are near by and it is close to transport that brings you into the heart of Rome, the owner is very helpful and very nice, he couldn't do enough for you and his mum was just as helpful, it was a home away from home, I would definitely recommend this apartment to anyone,

Very nice stay in Rome

We had a short october trip to Rome and really enjoyed our stay in the appartment. The reservation went very smooth and the transport from the airport was very well organized by Michele and Ivana. The appartment is about 5-10 minutes walk to the underground station ponte lungo and from there u can move around. The app has a good supermarket in a short walking distance and more importantly a very cosy Trattoria just 2 buildings from the app with great non-touristic food. The app is well equipped and clean. We were travelling with 2 kids (4 and 6) and found what we needed . It has 2 bedrooms and a living room with a bug sofa bed. The photos seem quite modern than reality but the app is fine and clean. Thank you for a nice stay in Rome !!!

Absolutely PERFECT!

I have nothing but good things to say about this apartment and our stay in Rome. I went with some friends over Christmas period and we simply fell in love with the place. The building is cosy, the apartment extremely comfortable. Michele, the owner, was super friendly and helpful to us. I highly recommend this place! Thanks and I look forward to coming back to Rome :)

Soggiorno davvero piacevole!!!

Io e altre tre amici siamo stati per quatro giorni. Il posto é molto carino, vicino al mercato ed alla fermata di autobus. Non è proprio in centro però il metro è appena 400 metri da dove se può arrivare ai principali posti turistici di Roma. L'apartamento è ampio, luminoso e molto bene sistemato. Michele è stato molto gentile e atencioso. Ci siamo trovati molto bene!!!

Schlicht und einfach gut !

Wir reisten nach Rom in diesen Jahr um einen schönen Urlaub zu verbringen und wurden in keiner Weise endtäuscht, was die Unterkunft versprach.Das Appartment war sauber und der Empfang war auch sehr herzlich. Nach einer kurzen Einweisung in die Wohnung hatten wir einen schönen Urlaub. Michele hat auch die richtigen Tips für das Einkaufen und Restaurants, die sich auch für günstig und gut erwiesen. Nette Bewohner im Haus, die auch immer ein Auge auf unser Auto hatten, wenn wir mal nicht in der Nähe waren. Wir würden gerne wieder kommen um dort Urlaub zu machen. Danke noch mal für Alles, Michele Boris Maul

SIMPLY TOP !!!!

Besser geht's nicht! Zum ersten Mal in Rom haben wir uns die Wahl des Appartments nicht leicht gemacht. Aber dieses war ein Volltreffer! Preis-Leistung = Top!! Die Wohnung liegt im Souterrain eines Hauses mit mehreren Etagen und Appartments, im Sommer sicher ideal, da es dort nicht so heiß wird. Sehr sehr sauber mit 2 Schlafzimmern und einer Art Aufenthaltsraum (Bild) mit Schlafsofa war es ausreichend für 5-6 Pers. Kleines, sauberes Bad und kleine Küche voll ausgestattet, allerdings fehlte uns Deutschen eine bei uns übliche Kaffeemaschine, gab nur das ital. Modell, da braucht man bei 5 Pers. morgens schon Geduld, das war aber nicht tragisch. Um die Ecke des App. lagen Bäckerei und Supermarkt für kleine Einkäufe. Vermieter Michele ist sehr nett und immer erreichbar. Tip von Michele: die Pizzeria um die Ecke, Spitzenpizza und -Pasta! Essen in der Stadt schweineteuer und Touri-Abzocke! Überall stehen Imbisswagen mit meist indischen Verkäufern, die teure kleine Snacks und Getränke (Cola 4€) verkaufen. Aber es gibt nicht wie in Paris an jeder Ecke ein Bistro, wenn sie was finden, dann zu Wucherpreisen. Also eine Stulle für den kleinen Hunger und 'ne Flasche Wasser besser in den Rucksack packen. Wir waren fast jeden Abend in der kleinen super-Pizzeria um die Ecke des App. Zu Fuss nur ca. 5min zur U-Bahn-Station, von dort aus kommt man überall hin. Es gibt nur 3 Linien, aber von den Stationen aus kann man alle Sehenswürdigkeiten zu Fuß erreichen. TIP: 3-Tage-Tickets an den Stationen am Automaten kaufen (mehrere Sprachen). Chaos dagegen ist Bus fahren! Fahrpläne so gut wie nicht zu bekommen, man kann nur raten in welche Richtung die fahren und die Busse sind meist so voll, daß man mehrere abwarten muss, bis man mal rein kommt, oder man versucht es auf ital. Art = schieben! Achtung, Langfinger im Gedränge sehr aktiv! U-Bahn fahren dagegen recht sicher. Aber trotzdem Vorsicht. Transfer: Auf Anfrage arrangiert Michele auch einen Flughafentransfer (ca.50€ einfach) ist bei 5 Pers. billiger und bequemer als Taxi oder Zug. Einziger Nachteil des Appartments, die Schlafzimmer liegen zur Strasse, also es war schon recht laut. Im Oktober konnten wir die Fenster geschlossen halten, aber im Hochsommer denke ich muss man sich zwischen Strassenlärm oder geschlossenem Fenster entscheiden oder noch besser, Fenster auf und Ohrenstöpsel mitnehmen. Aber wir würden auch bei 35 Grad wieder gerne bei Michele wohnen. Astrid aus dem Saarland und Ihre 4 Freunde aus Frankreich

Great stay in Rome

We, a family of 5 persons, enjoyed our stay in the appartment and had a great time. Big appartment, good furniture, free WLAN, good shower and kitchen, big rooms. Supermarkets, restaurants and public transport in walking distance. 10-15min to collosseum by bus. Thanks to the great support of the landlord, we felt comfortably and relaxed throughout our stay. We look forward to coming back soon again!

Cosy Apartment in Rome

Great little apartment close to trasport that takes you straight into central Rome. Very clean, tidy and nicely set up. Beautiful building that is fitted with security system. The street it is on has many little shops that contain alot of interesting things ie, a pet shop with baby turtles you can hold and a great little grocery shop with italian gourmet food! Had an amazing time staying here and wished we could have stayed longer in Rome. Great for all, families, couples or girly getaway. Best part- the fantastic pizzeria that the owner got us on to !!
