"Very attentive staff at front desk. Very helpful luggage handler. Room was spacious and quiet. Beds and pillows very comfortable. AC worked well. Bathroom was very nice and very clean. The front lobby very spacious with lots of extra seating if waiting for uber or searching restaurants etc before you head out for the day. Great experience! Did not get a chance to check out the views from the restaurant unfortunately. But would return again."

"The property was clean, well maintained and updated. Shower was spacious, which is rare in Italy. Property felt very safe and required security codes be entered at various points. The staff was very helpful and provided an alternative way to check in when we realized that we may not arrive when the staff was present on site The property did have a small elevator which was helpful for suitcases. The location was good, walking distance from Termini and the Colosseum area."
