Great location. Staff was very helpful and thorough. You do have to carry your suitcases up one flight of stairs, but then there’s a elevator. Air conditioner worked well. Room was small, usual for Europe.

Hotel sehr zentral und grundsätzlich sauber aber leider unpraktisch. Zu enge Zimmer. Der Waschbecken im Badezimmer war so konstuiert, so dass das Händewaschen eine Herausforderung war. Alles andere Standard.

Location was super central and host was very helpful. There is a central courtyard and the backside includes buildings facing the Piazza so there will be noise but if you are looking for the action you could t be in a better spot.

Very affordable hotel in Rome, situated near so many restaurants and tourist attractions. We saw almost all of Rome by foot. Hotel was clean and staff were friendly. Rooms are on the smaller side. If you a traveling with multiple/large suitcases, I’d recommend to book a bigger room. Also, be aware that there are stairs to do, no elevator!

The room was clean, location was great. Getting to it was tough for older guests. You came thru the outside doors to the unit, then had to enter thru another gate, carry your luggage up a flight of steps to get to a lift. Which could take your luggage up to the first floor, but we had to walk as lift only held our luggage and one person tightly. We had 2 cases. I walked up 2 more sets of steps. She gave us keys which would then open the street level door, a key to open the gate, a code to open into the unit and a card for our room. The room and bed comfortable, the bathroom commode was horrendous. It was rectangular and horrible to sit on. First I've ever seen. Towels were like sandpaper, should have been replaced a long time ago.

It was a great spot but we found it disappointing that the only blanket you are given is a sheet. Lol. It’s great having AC, but when the room is cold and the only piece of fabric you have to cover you in the night is a thin sheet, you feel less inclined to leave 5 stars. Nonetheless it was good value for money and staff was helpful via WhatsApp.

The room was small but clean, cute and well furnished. The bed and shower are great! The staff is super nice and helpful. I truly enjoyed staying there. It’s really close to piazza Navona (3 min walk) and walking distance to most of the key touristic places. I was 5-7 min from tons of great restaurants and cute little bars, there’s a pharmacy right in front and a carrefour express 2-3 min away. Great experience!

The experience we had here was amazing. They were quick to respond if we had any questions and were very kind and helpful. We are allowed to leave our bags while we continued our sightseeing for the day and that was a great perk. The location was excellent to places that you could walk within a mile or two. I would highly recommend staying here. We will definitely stay here again if we come back.

Very clean room. The best rain shower I’ve ever had. Staff were polite and made arrangements for transportation to the airport. The elevator was broken on the day we left, so had to drag our heavy luggage down the stairs. But it’s understandable in an older building. Overall a positive stay.

不滿：設施服務
First, please be aware that this is not a hotel but as they self-describe a kind of guest house. There is only a receptionist at the place for a couple of hours in the afternoon to check you in and that is arranged in advance. The rooms are on the third floor (they say second floor but this is misleading. The first floor is actually about 15 stairs from the entrance, so you have to carry your suitcases up to the "first floor" which then takes you to the rooms on the second floor. Getting up and down those stairs was difficult for me with a very heavy suitcase. Be forewarned! Also, you are given keys to the front door and to the gate on the first floor with an emergency number if something goes wrong. I found it unsettling not to have someone at the front desk in case there was an issue. Also, be aware that if you buy the nonrefundable price, even if you buy the protection policy, you will NOT receive a refund. As it happened, I wanted to change hotels to be closer to the airport as I as flying out early the next morning and wanted to cancel with a refund. The hotel refused. I had several emails with Expedia trying to get a refund but no success. The room is very tiny with the bed taking up the entire room; it would have been impossible for 2 people. I was told not to entirely shut the bathroom door and not to lock it. Agan, fine for one person, but not for two. The place was clean and the person who greeted me was helpful, but it was NOT what I expected.
