It was a pleasant stay at Om2Rome. It’s located near lots of tourist attractions like vatican, colosseum, spanish steps. And the accomodation was really neat. Clean. And the staff was very friendly. We arrived earlier than the check in time, but that was no problem. We got the keys anyways. And with the check out, we were allowed to store the luggage at the reception. All in all it was a pleasant stay

We had booked and prepaid the room online and didn't expected what was about to happen. I had contacted the owners about the possibility of early check-in or the possibility to leave our suitcases in a safe place before check-in. Owners reassured me it was not a problem. I was pleasantly surprised. That was the last pleasant surprise... First there was not only nobody there when we arrived and we were stuck in the street trying to ring the doorbell for 45 minutes. Then thankfully a guest came and got the door open for us. In the lobby we met a helpful cleaning lady who directed us to a 3rd floor room (no.2) after talking with the owners. The words to describe the room are hard to find. To say that it needs love is a true understatement. Truly I have no idea how they can get away with putting people in there. Dirty linens, disgusting bathroom, funky smell, not functioning WIFI, nothing remotely close to the pictures we had seen online. After numerous discussions with the cleaning lady/owners who told us the B&B was full, we were given the choice of 2 rooms on the second floor that were much better. To be honest, if we were given those rooms right away, I would not spend the time and energy writing this long review. The new room was OK, much cleaner and after requesting it, they provided the VIP bottle of wine and some snacks when we came back from our late afternoon walk. Finally, we ended up losing an afternoon of precious Rome time trying to resolve the situation

Great location, city centre but quiet, simple contemporary rooms. Keep in mind it's more of a room rental (with cleaning) than a hotel with hotel services. Thoroughly recommended.

The photos look completely different than what it actually is, no toilet paper the first day, and there was no hot water so we had to shower in freezing water the second day. Only good thing there was, it felt safe since there is 3 doors before you can get to your room.

The photo is very different from reality. This is a self-service tiny B&B. Not a hotel. There is no one at the property and there is no front desk. Had I found this out before booking the property, I'd have searched for an alternative. Figuring out how to enter the property after a tiring flight on a hot day isn't fun. Latch of the main door was broken from inside. Forget the free complimentary wine, there wasn't a bottle of water. When I sent a message to the owner on how to check out of the property, there was no response. Obviously so since checking out was more cumbersome than checking in. We had to go down with the key of the entrance to open it. My wife had to hold the entrance door open while I had to go up again to deposit the key in a safe.

The location was perfect. Walking distance to many attractions, restaurants and shopping and away from the too touristy area. Communication with Marco was excellent. He also provided us with taxi services. This is our 5th visit to Rome and we have stayed at different locations. We recommend the place and will come back to it. Thank you Marco.

The property was basic but fine for a short stay. There was a kettle but no cups or glasses. The room was a little dusty in certain places. The bed was comfy enough. The shower worked fine. Our main grumble was that the hosts arranged for us to be collected from the airport and no one turned up. As a result we had to make our own arrangements to find the apartment late at night.

Great spot for my family of 5. The room we booked actually had two rooms and 2 bathrooms, plus a small kitchenette and dining area. Wonderful location that felt safe and allowed us to walk to many different sights. Neighborhood felt safe. While the property owners were not on site per say, they did communicate how to properly check in, get keys and check out. We were very pleased.

There was no WiFi, even after asking the property owner and there was no response. Owner took a long time to answer messages, requests or phone call. Check in was confusing and room was not as expected.
