100% recommended! The staff and service are very nice and helpful if you are not interested in the usual or fancy hotel experience, during the mornings at the property and concierge service by phone after noon. There are rooms with gorgeous views of beautiful Piazza Navona, very enjoyable and romantic at night. Great location in the middle of everything and walkable distance to explore the city.

Beautiful room view a fabulous view of the piazza and within walking distance to many sights. Continental breakfast brought to our room each morning included cappuccino, tea, warm croissants, yogurt, cereal, and biscuits. Such a pleasant experience.

Great location - small space, awkward entrance, friendly host. You can hear the other guests / thin walls. Nice breakfast and service is good. You’re paying for location - cool balcony overlooking Piazza Navona. I’ve stayed at nicer hotel here before - twice the cost but much nicer. Probably will not stay here again unless only option.

Loved everything about the property. Looked out the window and was in the Piazza Navona. Slight problem with our TV. Satellite was broken. No big problem. If you want to stay in Rome, this is a fantastic palazzo.

This stay was OK. Room was good sized and clean. It was large, and I did have the view from my balcony as shown in the photo. The thing is, getting to the balcony was a bit tricky as the window/doors were small and a bit hard to squeeze through, at least for a six plus footer such as myself. It was good that though the plaza is quite large and had lots of activity, you heard nothing with the door/windows closed. Bathroom was also nice. Staff person was very helpful and friendly. This was another case of a "hotel" that really was just a collection of rooms in a larger building. I am not even sure if it qualified as a B and B as I didn't see breakfast anywhere in the a.m., but I didn't really explore the layout too much and left early to get to the train station. You have to climb a couple of flights of stairs to get to the "hotel", as there is no elevator of any kind. Decent stay for one night.

Awful. Had to leave after first night. Not a secure building at all. No curtains on window so you can either shut wooden blinds ( no light at all ) or everyone can see in. And the NOISE! Not from outside which is minimal but INSIDE. In reception checking in, I could hear full conversation of other guests inside their room. Was woken up 3 times during the night by guests coming in - twice into the “ hotel “ not because they were particularly loud but the state of the building , and once to an apart above where I was also an unwilling listener to a very clear private conversation. Staff were so arrogant and dismissive . Cold water in my shower after 5 mins so couldn’t wash my hair when I told them they accused me of running the water for 30 mins before I got in the shower. I moved a mirror because there was no way to use a hair straightener near a mirror - which despite me checking out after one night instead of 3 was the only point of apparent interest to the staff. If this is your only possible option in Rome - go to another city. I’d score it 1 out of 10.

The location is amazing. Our balcony overlooked the Piazza Navona. It was close to the Trevi Fountain and Spanish Steps and when giving instructions to cab drivers, we just told them to take us to the Piazza Navona. We could find gelato, amazing restaurants, and gift shops just a few steps from our room. At night we would take our gelato out on the balcony and relax and just people watch.

A great property w a great location. Room was larger than many rooms in Rome, and the view was great. While there was no street noise heard from the room, we were next to the office and we could hear coughing, talking, etc quite clearly. Overall, this didn’t affect us too much, unless we wanted to sleep in. And a bit of a hiccup w air conditioning, but it was eventually fixed. I would stay here again!

Perfect location. Large, clean room with comfy bed. Friendly and helpful staff. The best part: the view from the balcony! Beautiful piazza with gorgeous fountain and lots of activity but still chill and quiet. As soon as we stepped out on the balcony, there was a man proposing to his wife in the piazza - it’s that beautiful and romantic. Next time we’re in Rome we will stay here again.
