满意：清洁度、服务设施、住宿条件和设施
We had a great stay at the Dimora Coppelle Hotel in Rome. The hotel itself is quite new. The interior design of the room was spectacular, sort of a Boheme and Art Deco style, with high ceilings and Italian stone floors. There is also a rooftop terrace with a great surround view of the neighborhood. We were told that at a later point they will likely build a bar to serve the terrace during summertime. Speaking of bar service: during our stay there was no bar or breakfast room but the hotel staff went above and beyond to make it possible to have breakfast in our room. We received a bag filled with cookies, croissant, jam, yogurt, Nutella and juice bottles. There was also a Nespresso machine in the room. As a welcome gift, we also had received a bottle of Prosecco. The staff was always available and communication was easy via Whatsapp. Room service was flawless and very respectful. The only thing that I could imagine would possibly annoy other guests is that the windows are regular Italian windows with no special insulation. Our room was facing the street and the noise level was quite high at some times. But we took it as “Roman inner city atmosphere” and napped to the sounds of motor scooters, overhearing Italian gossip on the streets. All in all, we can definitely recommend this hotel and hope to come back at some point next year.
