The hotel was spotlessly clean with helpful staff. We stayed for 5 nights and over that time had Prosecco, fresh fruit and cake left in our room for us. The hotel was ideally situated near the Pantheon, close walking distance to the Spanish Steps, Trevi Fountain and the Colosseum as well as nice restaurants

Unfortunately, this was by far the worst hotel we stayed at during our time in Italy. The biggest issue was the lack of hot water during our stay. The shower pressure was also extremely poor — there was not enough water pressure to wash your hair, making the showering experience very difficult and disappointing. Although breakfast was included in our stay, we found it very basic and unpleasant and chose not to attend again after our first experience. The room was also quite noisy, which made it difficult to relax and sleep comfortably. We were additionally uncomfortable with the lift, which felt old and unsafe. Overall, the hotel did not provide the standard of comfort or quality we expected, particularly given our experiences at other hotels throughout Italy. Unfortunately, we would not stay here again and would recommend considering other options when visiting Rome.

I was very disappointed after reading it was rated so high. I don’t get it. There was nothing “exceptional” about the property except perhaps for the location. Not the rooms, not the breakfast, not the room amenities. It was OK if you get a really good price for this 3 star hotel.

The room is very well design is very spacious city like Rome. The location is very good. Walking distance to major attractions and excellent restaurants. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Even though the street is tight, the Taxi from airport has no trouble to get into. The hotel also offer for a private transportation with better cars. No problem with air conditioning or hot waters Wi-Fi works very well as well.
We stay at the junior suite. And the sofa bad is for our two young kids.
Nice and cute breakfast area with well preferred food, and coffee
