We had a wonderful stay at Palazzo Manfredi. Our apartment suite was spacious, beautifully designed, and came with a great bathroom and amenities. The staff made check-in seamless - welcoming us with water and espresso, holding our bags, and even suggesting a sightseeing route. Though breakfast wasn’t included, we went anyway and the views were incredible. Everyone we met was so kind and attentive. Highly recommend!

A beautiful experience. Staff was exceptional, attentive and truly elevate the experience. Our family loved it. Not to mention, the picture perfect views of the Colloseum. You get what you pay for, and this was worth every penny.

I stayed here due to the location, however, I didn't know that if you stay at the apartment part of the hotel, it's FAR from the actual hotel. It's 400 M (1300 feet) away in a neighborhood. The check in staff & bell door people were extremely nice.

Palazzo Manfredi was a dream! Our room had the view of the colosseum right in front! The staff was amazing! Super friendly and attentive. The breakfast was delicious and once again the service we received was top notch! I can’t wait to come back!

I celebrated my birthday while I was here. Roses and sparking wine in the room for me . My room was 33 with a colosseum view. Delicious breakfast with lovely views of the colosseum. Expensive stay but worth it for my special birthday .

Beautiful views of the Colosseum. I highly recommend making a bar reservation for sunset. The Colosseum looks stunning at sunset and in the evening, not to mention how fascinating it is from a historical perspective. The staff was very friendly and helpful with suggestions on where to eat. The rooms on the bar side can be loud as the bar is rather lively until 2 AM.

The staff took great care of us. We arrived in the evening and only stayed one night on our way home. Still, they made sure we were set with a car to the airport and that we got settled in our room. We stayed in the “annex” and it wasn’t super clear when we booked that it was not connected to the main hotel. They made it easy to go back and forth, however. And we did not get the VIP Access spending credit or bottle of wine, to my knowledge, but we were rather happy anyway.
