In a quite street of the deep Rome historical center. 50 meters from the Pantheon! A romantic and beautifull apartment in the best position to visit Rome! The Major spots can be Reached by feet like Pantheon, Trevi Fountain, Spanish steps and all the most famous touristic attractions. You do not need buses or taxi. It's all near the door!
The apartment is at the first floor, formed by an entrance on a large living room, sofa-bed, LCD TV, air conditioner and free wifi. The kitchen is included with everything Necessary to its use, in addition pcs to beverages and food for your breakfast. Positives are That the location could not be better Negative. The apartment was not well set up for even breakfast cooking No spatulas or coffe machine. No glasses. Mixed cups. We had a few rainy cold nights and there was no extra blankets for the bed No information booklet for where to put rubbish. EtcThe flat is now tired decoration but clean and again ideally placed for visiting Rome

This is an excellent location 5 minutes away from the Pantheon in the middle of old Rome. We were able to walk to most of the attractions we wanted to visit. There are plenty of restaurants close by. The shower drained a little slow but other than that it was great.

Lo mejor fue la ubicación. Nos recibieron muy bien, pero cuando le pedí oportunidad de extender a las 1:00 pm el check out porque tenía boleto para el Coliseo a las 9:30 am, me dijo literalmente "no es mi problema", lo que se me hizo una forma agresiva de responder; finalmente me permitió salir a las 11:30 am (30 mins de extensión) Otro detalle (importante) que no me pareció, es que elegí este alojamiento porque decía que tenía lavadora y era mentira; tuve que pagar 30 euros por ir a una lavandería, aunque al final se compensó porque le comenté y no me cobró el impuesto turístico, que era de semejante valor. Se tronó el transformador en la noche y no contestó hasta el día siguiente, lo bueno que nos ayudó el vecino de enfrente, propietario de un restaurante. Otro detalle es que le informé que el minisplit estaba tirando agua y me llevó un calentador portátil, lo cual se me hizo muy amable, pero no me pareció que entrara al alojamiento sin avisarme y sin mi autorización, pues tenía documentos y objetos de valor. Creo que cuando rentas un departamento, habitación, etc., no te da el derecho de entrar cuando quieres, a menos que sea por algo urgente o por indicación de las autoridades. Eso para mí, es invasión a la privacidad y allanamiento del lugar, pues no estás informada de que ingresarán a un lugar que confías, solo tú tienes acceso. Me encantó la ubicación, pero por esos detalles, que para mí no son pequeños y significan mucho, preferiría buscar otra opción por el rumbo.

ロケーションは大変良いです．トレビの泉やPiazza Novana，バチカンも徒歩圏内です．家の目の前もビストロが広がっており，夜まで営業されているので夜24時に出歩いても人気のない通りを通らずに帰宅できるのも大変良いです． 設備は全般問題ないですが，冷蔵庫は弱く，シャワールームには自分のシャンプーなどを置く場所がなく床置きになるなど，気になる人は気になるかもしれません．個人的には，Wifiが1MB以下で事実上使えなかったのが大変でした（しかも構造上の問題か，モバイルネットワーク電波も入りづらかった） とはいっても，ホテルと同じものを求める場所ではないので，とても満足しています

The location is perfect. There is nothing to say bad about this. We were told there would be sheets on the sofa bed. Which didn’t happen for the first night, so that was not comfortable, but the host was quick to respond to this. I does say bedroom in the description. This is a loft with a bed. So not what I was expecting. However the bed was comfortable. All in all a nice stay. Better for younger people, especially if steps up to the loft is not you thing.

The property manager was a great resource to getting to the location and getting to the airport at the end of the stay. Definitely saved the day! There is a wonderful restaurant just outside the front door which was very easy to use on the night we arrive. The location was central to many of the historic sites in Rome. The property offer a good amount of room.

Super great location which was a few minutes by the Pantheon. It worked well for us as we booked last minute. It was cool to stay at an apartment to see what it feels like living in Rome. We found everything to be fine for us. But I can see why some people would find the stairs to the upstairs bedroom to be steep and that it can be noisy as there is a restaurant with a dinner table right outside and people chatting until late. This may not be suitable for people in those cases. Lastly, Basheer was very responsive and great!

My adult son and I had a wonderful stay! The room was very nice, spacious, and perfect for two people. The location couldn’t be better—right in the center of Rome, within walking distance to all the major landmarks and surrounded by plenty of great restaurants. Our host, Basheer, was very responsive, friendly, and accommodating. He also offers airport transportation at a very reasonable price. Highly recommend this place for anyone visiting Rome!

We had a great stay here!!! The host was fantastic and was very flexianle with us. She even helped us arrange for a taxi to the airport on our departure. Location of the apartment is FANTASTIC!! I found it to be quiet and an easy walk to everywhere. We don’t mind walking a mile or so to some place though. It is literally around the corner from many great restaurants and the pantheon. It is a bit of a distance from the train station. We frequently used the motorized scooters to get to further locations when needed. The apartment is small but was plenty roomy for my son and I. The shower is small but workable. My only complaint would be the mold on the shower ceiling but that is pretty common in around Europe so it didn’t bother me all that much. The kitchen had enough to make a very basic meal but I would try to cook anything significant. We made pasta and such and it worked just fine. The TV did not work but we weren’t there to watch TV so that wasn’t a big deal for us. The internet worked well. I would love a few more pillows but again just being picky. We really enjoyed this apartment and would stay here again!!!

Excellent apartment for two!!!

Great location, waking distance from everything we wanted to see in Rome! Restaurants within 5 feet from the door! Basheer is the perfect host! Set up transportation for us, made sure we were all set up and had everything we needed! It’s nice to meet someone who truly cares about it his tenants! Thank you Basheer for everything, your apartment is wonderful! And wr couldn’t have asked for a better vacation in Rome thanks to you!

The location was good because you could walk to every thing but at night was noisy because of restaurants across the street. The pictures in the ad did not match the apartment. The stairs to loft area where the bed is are very steep so steep we didn’t carry luggage up. There was no washing machine which ad said there was. The bathroom was very small. One plus was the air conditioning worked.The owner at times was not very responsive. He did arrange transportation from airport to apartment which was good and also allowed us to put luggage in apartment early.

Huge disappointment!

Communication was sparce up until 2 days before our stay. It did get better as the check in date approached. He did arrange airport pickup and the driver was patient and pleasant. However, once we walked into the unit, the reality set in. While the unit was similar to the pictures in the ad, it was not the same. The staircase was on a different wall than on the posted images, it was very steep. The light fixture on the stairs was broken with metal pieces hanging out. There was a damp dirty wash cloth hanging on the kitchen cabinet handle. The light above the stove didnt work and there was an open box of salt and a spilt and torn package of some kind of spice in the cabinet. We did not stay. After a brief conversation with the host, we packed up and were gone in about an hour. VRBO came through and we were refunded about 2/3s of what we paid. As of this writing, the ad for this unit remains unchanged. I tried to add photos but it would not allow it.
