Friendly staff. A few items in disrepair such as cooker hob grill, lack of adequate kitchenware (no flat spatula for basic frying eggs), shower door rubber side not properly on. Otherwise a fantastic location, super convenient.

The location is prime! Close to lots of attractions, restaurants, shopping. Close to bus lines and the train station as well. Our room was a bit tinier than we expected as far as space goes. There wasn’t any counter space. However, there were some nice shelves and stuff to use. The shower was amazing! And the bed was very comfortable!

The hotel is located perfectly within walking distance to all the major sites and hot spots except for the Vatican. The room is really nice and the beds are comfortable. Zero complaints at all. We checked-in very late and night and that was a smooth experience. A major taxi hub is approx 100 yards away from the hotel. I'd definitely stay here again.

The shower in our room didn’t work which was far from ideal after a day exploring Rome in 35 degree heat. We didn’t know about this until turning the shower on. The staff did know but didn’t tell us. However once we discussed this with them they did solve the issue by giving us access to a second room to use the shower facilities. However a heads up upon or before arrival would have been appreciated. Other than that all was good - great location and air con that has surpassed all others while we have been exploring Italy.
