我們住三晚，mini bar的飲料是免費的，不過第一天喝完之後的後兩天都沒有補滿了，有點小氣。服務親切相當不錯。客房舒適缺點是隔音差。櫃檯距離房門口只有2m，太可怕了。地理位置不錯走5～10就可以到達公車集中處及捷運站

干净舒适方便的酒店

酒店在一栋民居的三楼，其他楼层是其他不同的酒店。可以体验老式的电梯。距离中央火车站走路十多分钟，但罗马的道路是石板路为主，拉着行李有点累。酒店房间不多，整体感觉舒服干净。房间设施很充足，提供热水壶和电吹风。mini bar的水和饮料都可以免费喝，其他零食要收费。酒店的服务人员英语不错，也很热情。早餐种类很丰富，香肠和炒鸡蛋很好吃，酸奶也不错~其他的面包蛋糕果汁选择很多~

Wir haben uns im Relais de l'Opera sehr wohlgefühlt. Der Empfang war sehr freundlich und diese Aufmerksamkeit und Gastfreundlichkeit war während des gesamten Aufenthalts vorhanden. Das Zimmer war größer als erwartet, die Betten hervorragend und an der Sauberkeit gab es garnichts auszusetzen. Auch das Bad war geräumig und jeden Tag wieder tiptop. Die Handtücher wurden sogar täglich gewechselt. Das Bad war mit Hand- und Regenwalddusche ausgestattet. Wenn es ein kleines Manko gibt, dann ist es bei der Schiebetüre der Dusche zu finden. Das Problem, die Führungsschiene der Türe reinzuhalten ist auch hier nicht gelöst. Aber das schmälert den hervorragenden Eindruck dieser "nur" zwei Sterne Unterkunft auf gar keinen Fall. 2 Sterne sind aus unserer Sicht untertrieben. Zudem liegt sie auch noch perfekt zu den Sehenswürdigkeiten und dem Bahnhof. Diese Unterkunft können wir zu 100% empfehlen.

The hotel is in a fabulous location. It’s a 15 minute walk to all the important sites. A few minutes away is Taliani for a perfect coffee and breakfast/lunch. The room was spotless, but lacked a dresser (no drawers at all) which is essential when staying for a week. A magnifying mirror would have been an added bonus. The rooms are not soundproof. I could hear the neighbouring people very loudly as though they were in our room. The lobby carpet was badly stained and should be replaced. The tv channels were almost all Russian & Arabic. Access to Netflix/web platform would have been nice. Overall the location was great, and the staff were wonderful, but the lack of drawers and noise was a major issue for us.

Great hotel in a wonderful location. Easy access to Metro and walkable to major attractions. Some fantastic restaurants just around the corner - and a very welcomed laundromat across the road. Rooms were on the 4th floor, but wonderful to have a lift. Bed was very comfy. Only thing was the hot water could have been hotter, but that is a minor complaint. Highly recommend and would stay again next time in Rome. Thanks to the Alessandro and Simon who are great hosts.

Great place to stay! Staff were really friendly and attentive. Room spotless, spacious and had everything we needed. Room cleaned every morning. They lay rose petals on the bed as it was our honeymoon and it was my husbands birthday during the stay and we came back to find a hand written note and a bottle of wine. Perfect location. Staff spent time showing us a map, offering locals tips for places to eat, directions and transport. We highly recommend and will definitely go back again

We enjoyed everything about our stay. The room was immaculately clean and we were very comfortable. We arrived from the airport (early) and were very pleased to be able to check in approx 10:30am which was very much appreciated as we were very tired after traveling. The location suited our needs, being close to the main train station and in walking distance to most sites. The staff was friendly and accommodating. We were surprised that, even having a window facing the street, it was quiet at night; no traffic noises. We had two small issues but it did not negatively impact our stay: the coffee maker didn't work properly (but the kettle for hot water was fine!) so we let the staff know; as well as us not knowing how to use the heated towel rack correctly - our fault for not asking !! On the morning of our check out, our luggage was stored for us while we went to breakfast; our driver to take us to Civitavecchia was picking us up at noon so the luggage storage was appreciated. Overall, we would recommend this hotel and would consider staying again on a return visit. It's a very charming place, well located for dining and an easy walk to Santa Maria Maggiore & Roma Termini Stazione. We booked a Deluxe accommodation which was a larger room and definitely recommend that category if staying longer than a night or two; you'll enjoy the extra space.
