Our room was beautiful and large with a balcony (though too cold to use.). Nelson, the manager was terrific in every way. Helped bring out luggage up, booked our transportation, was there to give us cappuccinos in the am. It was perfect and extremely reasonable. The only issue is it is hard to find because it is part of another building so make sure to get directions on how to enter. Once you are checked in, everything is a breeze. Would stay again!

Everyone on staff was very friendly and helpful with helping us find a good restaurant to eat in. They helped us feel safe and comfortable. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

The breakfast spread is very good. Appreciate the clean and good smelling room. They changed the towels everyday and made the beds everyday! The location is great as it is close to many tourist spots. We had an amazing experience.
