This hotel is within an apartment block of residents as opposed to a singular proper hotel. It made it a little difficult to locate and is on a busy corner so is quite loud most of the day. The other rooms are also quite close down one hallway so you hear everyone coming and going throughout the night very easily. Room was a decent size and staff were quite helpful when needed.

The hotel was very central and was within walking distance of all major attractions and some lovely restaurants and gelato shops. The staff went out of their way to make our stay as enjoyable as possible. The lady on reception when we checked in sorted us out with a kettle and English tea bags and even had her friend fetch us in some milk for our morning and nighttime cuppas. The young gentleman on reception was outstanding with the help he gave us locating a Western Union office which was open after we had walked to a couple to find them closed. He telephone around the offices, found one that was open and gave us clear instructions of how to get there and back on the Metro. We were extremely thankful for his help. The staff were amazing! The room was serviced every day and was beautiful and clean and even had breakfast items and a bottle of wine left for us. Would highly recommend

Der står de har morgenmad, der bliver man snydt, det er en lille kurv på en hylde med valumpakket tør morgenmad, købt i supermarked, engangs bestik, ingen tallerkner eller andet, som rengøringspersonalet fylder op om formiddagen til næste morgen, under al kritik… ellers godt beliggende, men vidste ikke det var en 3. Sals lejlighed der var lavet om til 4 små hotel værelser, så meget småt. Men meget hyggeligt, svarer dog slet ikke til de antal stjerner….. men det lå fantastisk 😃

Vi bookede en family suite. Vi fik et værelse, som var alt for småt til to voksne og to børn. Morgenmaden var elendig. Den bestod af pakkede croissanter og syltetøj som blev lagt frem i forbindelse med rengøringen dagen inden. Wifi virkede kun ude på gangen og ikke på værelset. Hotellet ligger fint i centrum og der er mulighed for at få morgenmad på restaurant næsten lige uden for døren.

子連れで利用させて頂きました。 場所は少し分かりにくいですが立地条件は最高で子供の足でも歩いてパンテオンやトレビの泉、スペイン広場などの観光は出来ました。クリーニングサービスがあるとこのホテルにしましたが無かったのが残念ですが、アメニティも整い部屋もオシャレで綺麗で申し分無いぐらいでした。クリスマスに宿泊したので部屋にホテルからお菓子やケーキのサプライズプレゼントがあり感動致しました。またローマに来る際は絶対にこちらを利用すると思います。

Best Hotel in Rome.

The staff were Incredibly friendly, provided excellent advice and the room was in a fantastic location!! We wanted to explore Rome but didn’t want to pay extortionate money for a hotel and pay for services we were not going to use. The room was comfortable and had all the amenities we required. I would recommend to anyone.

Excellent small boutique hotel in great location. Both Regina and Drita were exceptionally helpful in making reservations, providing directions, etc. Would definitely stay at Relais Leone next time in Rome.

Não indicaria!

A localização é ótima, mas o Relais está bem descuidado. Não é exatamente um hotel, é simplesmente um andar de um prédio muito velho com alguns quartos, sendo que os mesmos estão bem detonados. A recepção só funciona até um certo horário e a recepção parece que fica dentro do nosso quarto, som vai todo para dentro do quarto. No banheiro tinham traças pelos cantos.

Nice rooms

Not a hotel, but a series of rooms on one floor of a building. Big, high-ceilinged rooms, very clean. Friendly staff. GREAT location in the middle of the city. Just a short walk to everything, yet the street was quiet. Good place to stay if you just need a nice room in a central location, and not hotel facilities. There is a nice place to have breakfast and lunch in the plaza right next door, so the lack of a hotel restaurant did not bother us.

Perfect place and central

Die Lage der Unterkunft war hervorragend. Zentral aber nachts dennoch sehr ruhig. Besonders war die Nespresso-Maschine mit den zur Verfügung gestellten Kapseln.

Stay for two

Fantastic, unbeatable location! The hotel is tiny, only 5 rooms, but good and helpful staff. No breakfast or breakfast facility, but plenty of little cafe and breakfast places right at the doorstep. Cleaning available only until 11am, so be out the door by then if you want room service. Reception open 9-18. Pretty noisy by day, walls made of paper. However, mornings and nights were silent. Overall, good experience, would stay again.
