Good location and the room is very clean. Only complain is a charge of 45 Euro for cleaning which was not in the nightly rate and collected by Expedia. I hope the cleaning is disclosed with booking info.

Overall, our stay was somewhat disappointing. The room didn’t feel particularly clean or well-maintained, although the bathroom itself seemed relatively clean at first glance. Unfortunately, there was a drainage issue in the shower, which caused water to accumulate rather than drain properly. The overall condition of the accommodation left quite a bit to be desired. While it was manageable for a short stay, I wouldn’t say it was particularly comfortable or memorable. There is definitely room for improvement, especially when it comes to cleanliness and maintenance.

The lift was historic. Dubious about using it but a great feature. Room was amazing but the staff could have been more friendly on the desk. The chap on our last night was the only one to explain the layout of the hotel. Bit too late but overall a brilliant spot within walking distance of everywhere we wanted to visit

We're from the US. We realize in Europe places may vary. Based on what we've heard, this was not what we expected on the outside but we realize this is normal. For that reason based on other places we have seen this was very good. Staff was very courteous & helpful. Will highly recommend.

Trato bastante familiar. La playa está muy bien, aunque hay que bajar en coche. El bus propio tiene pocas rutas. Está en un acantilado, por lo que bajar andando es posible. Subir es un suplicio. Las habitaciones, al menos las de la tercera planta, son un poco subidas de tono, en cuanto a sus denominaciones. La nuestra era Fatine....(Palabra que no dejan publicar, con unos dibujos de unas hadas en cueros o semi que a mí me parecían simpáticas porque iba en pareja, pero más propias de un local de alterne. Contraste total con su clientela, al menos en esta época del año, de bastante avanzada edad. El desayuno estaba bien, sin grandes despliegues, aunque el horario era bastante reducido, de 8 a 9:30.

La parte de las habitaciones es nueva, en perfecto estado, limpio y muy funcional, el edificio en general es más antiguo con elevador antiguo de poca capacidad y lento, desayuno recomiendo salir siempre a desayunar fuera, barrio de mucho turista por la cercanía a la terminal central, muchas vías para salir y regresar.

I like how clean the rooms were. Very convenient location too and close to Roma Termini and walking distance to main attractions. The front desk staff could be a bit more friendly and welcoming, if you ask me. Otherwise, it’s a great hotel to stay for a night or two in Rome.

The room was nice and spacious but way too hot. The air conditioning was set to 24 degrees and you couldn’t adjust it yourself. The desk staff in the evening and late night were really rude. The location was great as close to the main train station. Nice cafes surrounding the hotel and there was also a supermarket near by.

Extremely rude staff, bed bugs, terrible smell, poor breakfast with additional charges, and guests constantly banging on doors. The so-called “luxury” boutique area is a scam—other guests filled the minibar with their own things, leaving no space for those who actually paid for this area. Reception did absolutely nothing.

O quarto é bom, limpo e reformado, tudo novo. Como praticamente todos os hotéis na Itália, o frigobar é somente um enfeite. O elevador é pré-histórico, mas funciona. A recepção do hotel fica no 3o andar e a equipe é muito simpática, mas até chegar no terceiro andar, passamos pelo elevador pré-histórico e uma entrada lastimável, fedorenta e suja. Fica perto da estação, o ponto é ótimo e tem restaurantes e cafeterias ao redor, o que ajudou bastante. Ou seja, fecha o olho e entra no quarto, pois ele é bom.
