Todo muy bien, limpieza, cama cómoda, habitación tranquila, lo único malo es que en la página web decía que se cobraría un impuesto municipal por 3.50 euros por noche, por persona y al hacer el check in nos cobraron casi el doble 6 euros por noche por persona, para mí fue un abuso, no fueron honestos, para que lo tengan en consideración ya que no me respetaron el precio anunciado, muy mala nota para el hotel en ese sentido, fue algo incómodo, al final los tuve que pagar, aclarando que no me dolió pagar demás, sino el abuso y deshonestidad de cobrar demás de lo anunciado.

Improvements to be made

The location was fantastic! It was so close to the metro and walking distance to many of the attractions. It’s is quite dated and the mattresses need renewed. The breakfast was not the best, as the bread was not fresh. They hard boiled my eggs perfectly, but the cooked eggs and ham was laughable. We booked 2 singles and ended up with a double and a camp bed, which was disappointing. For the cost, I feel that there could be further improvement.

Hotel was very clean and staff was very nice. Communication was somewhat hindered but they did the best. They did arrange pickup at the airport for 55euro. We had an early flight for departure and the transport did not show. Ilwe ended up taking a taxi which was easy to find only 1 block away.

Don’t book this one that’s for sure !

We booked this three months in advance. They cancelled on us 48hrs before making a lame excuse about poor water facilities. Moved down the road to a fourth floor attic, a room and bathroom where you couldn’t stand up straight. Refused and kind of compensation and Hotels.com have been pretty useless in their responses. Once you’ve paid they seem to be able to do exactly as they wish ! Certainly made me think about using Hotels.com again !

We were made to feel important. We had booked single beds as we are 2 elderly friends who don't wish to share a bed. And that was exactly what we got - no arguments about splitting a double down the middle and there was plenty of bedding and extra pillows. Shower was simple and there was plenty of hot water.I liked the fact that although there was no dining room breakfast was included and served in the room at the time we wanted it. We also had a kettle for hot drinks, and a fridge with cold drinks, beer, wine and snacks which was perfect for us coming in at 1 in the morning from late night tennis at Foro Italico. We would certainly stay again.

This was a great spot in Rome. Right next to the metro station & walkable distance to Spanish steps and Trevi fountain. We enjoyed the room service/breakfast each morning. The staff was very helpful and friendly.
