Riad Riari

Once again, this rare, one-of-a-kind three-story villa looks like a combination of a Moroccan Riad and an old Spanish house, surrounded entirely by the nature of the Botanical Gardens and will not feel like you're in the center of the Eternal City. Built by architect Gepy Mariani, the house collects numerous pieces of art and history from long trips. Great art and entertainment characters have passed through here.

The atmosphere is warm and quiet, the spacious living room in antique wooden parquet, the large kitchen and the outdoor spaces will be the favorite spaces during the stay. All spaces with air conditioning and heating. Each bedroom includes a personal bathroom and privacy from the other rooms. The high ceilings of the main room, the large windows of nature will make you rest in a unique way. The modern and spacious "Studio" room also for working on desks with a printer. There are also two smaller double bedrooms, one on the upper floor with a beautiful view of the bright terrace, and one on the ground floor with laundry space. Indoor private parking will also be available if requested in advance.

Guests will have access to the entire Villa. If you are traveling by car, it will be possible to use our private parking by letting us know in advance to confirm availability.

You can request cleaning during your stay. We have a transfer service to the airport or according to your needs.
