Property is nicely situated and close to a lot of the major attractions in Rome. The unit has three bedrooms a kitchen, big fridge and is quite spacious. The apartment was great for. What we needed. Communication by e-mail was a little slow as we did not have access to a phone. Would give it a thumbs up!

très bien placé mais très très basique.

quand je suis arrivée pour le check in, j'ai sonné et personne ne répondait. j'ai appelé et le monsieur italien m'a dit dans un anglais très mauvais qu'il n'avait pas trace de ma réservation. j'ai dit que j'avais le reçu de ma résa et de mon débit. une personne est finalement venue au bout de 30 mn. elle a appelé le propriétaire de multiple fois et finalement elle m'a donné la chambre. j'avais réservé et payé depuis moins de 24h et j'ai du subir la cuisine interne du site hotels.com jusqu'au propriétaire alors que j'étais en règle. très regrettable. le frigo promis n'existait pas. l'eau chaude n'était pas enclenchée donc le premier soir douche à l'eau glacée. pas assez de couverture donc froid et serviettes de toilette très anciennes, non absorbantes et jamais changées en une semaine. mais très bonne literie et localisation excellente du logement.

Be careful! The will charge you in the check in

The hotel doesn’t have reception and they charged 40 euros to check me in after midnight. I paid because I haven’t any option, I was so tired to find another place and I already paid for the hotel. In the booking conditions they say that I have to inform if I arrive after 20h, but say nothing about paying for that! I’m in touch with hotels.com because I want my money back! The minimum that they have to offer is a reception. The room was ok and its pretty close to Vatican.

DO NOT STAY HERE!!!! They are inconsiderate and rude. I’m in a wheelchair and booked my room 4 weeks before arrival. The day I arrive in Rome they cancel and say I’m unable to stay as the hotel is on the 2nd floor

La struttura non aveva proprio niente di particolare, anzi tutt’altro, struttura trascurata, una puzza indescrivibile di fogna, inoltre una cosa che non c’era scritta nella prenotazione della camera, il check in dopo le 20,00, maggiorato di 25€, una cosa che non esiste! Ancora aspetto il responsabile della struttura che mi faccia vedere dove era questa clausola creata da lui. Ma non è finita qui la cosa, ho fatto un esposto e ci saranno risvolti. Lo sconsiglio vivamente

ホテル会社に確認しても3人で予約したことになってるにも関わらず、2人で予約していると言われ、4時間ぐらいお金を払うまで泊まらせないと言われ続けたために、観光の時間が減ってしまった。シャーワー室も1日経っても前日の水が流れず最悪だった。

Albergo a due passi da San Pietro ma la pulizia...

Muffa sui muri, lenzuola lavate ma con macchie, ho ammazzato due bestioline striscianti sul pavimento..... va bene per un amante del fetish... io mi sentivo a disagio e generalmente mi adatto a situazioni di minor comfort ma la pulizia è un altra cosa!!

Great location!

We had room 102 and were super happy with it. The mothers were in the room across the hall and had issues with the bed. This is a great location with great amenities all around. Would stay again!

Great location 3 blocks away from Vatican.

The B&B was small but clean. The hotel staff were very accommodating, staying late for our arrival (15E charge though). Breakfast however, was 1 cup of coffee, 1 glass juice and 1 crescent at the bar/café next door to the building. The building was difficult to locate and not marked (no sign)inside or out.
