Loved the location. We had the top floor suite that had a huge patio. Draw back is the small spiral stairs to get to it. This patio was wonderful to be able to unwind after a day of sightseeing. The ac was awesome, we even had to make it warmer as one morning we woke up to Rome being 58 degrees.

Amazing stay!! Great area to stay—super safe, clean, and surrounded by plenty of stores for shopping and lots of great restaurants. There’s even a Starbucks just a 2-minute walk away! The property is in great condition, and the room was perfect and very comfortable. The air conditioning was a huge plus, especially with Rome’s heat! Mr. Frank, who is in charge of the property, was incredibly kind, welcoming, and helpful. I highly recommend staying here! And an extra bonus point for the amazing private terrace exclusively for the property!

The location was excellent. Walking distance to everything. The place was ok but we are spoiled in Canada. The shower needs a redo. The bed and pillows were not very comfortable. Over all it was okay but I wouldn’t stay again for that amount of money for 3 nights. We wanted the full Italian experience with an old boutique hotel which is what we got. I did not complain to the host but I will offer some suggestions.

You can not beat the location. Walkable distance from all main tourist attractions in Rome and right next to metro station. Staff was extremely helpful and friendly. They set up a driver to pick me up from the airport, which relieved any stress related to finding my way to the hotel by myself at night.

I did love this place. Great location. There are only a few rooms to this hotel. We had the top veranda terrace room. Difficult getting luggage up the spiral stairs but we had the whole top veranda to ourselves. It is decorated with furniture and plants and lighting. The room is very small but we made it work. Frank knocked on our door shortly after we arrived. He came with a bottle of wine and 2 wine glasses. Unfortunately, we were unable to locate a corkscrew. The room was perfectly cold when we arrived which was refreshing from the heat outside. Frank is a very nice man and very helpful. This place is old and could use updating. But we were only there a few days and only to sleep and shower. The water was hot but we could not take showers back-to-back because it did run out and turn cold. If you need a reasonably price in a great location and don't mind the above mentioned then I would recommend.
