Property was great, especially for a small family or a group of friends. There are great people that manage it and we found 4 grocery stores with a few minutes of walking. Train and metro station is a short walk that will take you everywhere you want to go. Skytower is definitely a place that we would book again if ever back in Rome. Thanks Massimo

This property was in a great location. We could easily walk to local stores, pastry shops, and restaurants, even with our 5 year old in tow. The property manager, Massimo, was absolutely fantastic. 10/10 for communication. I was able to reach out to him with any questions, and for recommendations. He gave clear, concise instructions on everything. The apartment was clean, quiet, and in a safe location. We will definitely recommend Skytower to friends.

The best staff! Very clean and in a great location, 5 minute walk to the metro. It’s away from the busy tourist area which makes it ideal after a long day of walking and exploring. We will definitely be back.

The flat was comfortable and clean and the air conditioning worked brilliantly which was essential for Rome in August! Close to the Metro so easy to move around Rome, about 10 minutes into Termini station and 15-20 to Spagna. Found good shops and cafes locally too - not a pretty area but lively - we enjoyed our stay.

The property is great and spacious. Host is the nicest guy I have ever met from similar bookings. There was one night we forgot our key inside the property. He came right away, at 9pm of the day, to save us. He is a pleasant man.

The apartment itself was very modern and beautiful! There was plenty of space for our family. The elevator worked great. The AC was good. Unfortunately the washing mashine was broken but our host gave us access to the one in the basement. The dishwash wasnt working properly and one of the showerheads was broken which they repaired immendiatly. Our biggest concern was that in the advertisement for the property it states that there is a pool, sauna, spa services and the ability for guests to order breakfast. None of this was true. We chose this apartment mostly because of the pool which there were even pictures of. This was very disappointing. The host was more than helpful and very welcoming.

Massimo who checked us in was wonderful throughout our stay. He ensured the couple of times we needed it that we had transportation. He was very responsive to all of our requests. The apartment was well equipped with the basics including coffee! The location itself has limitations. It's quite a ways from the center of Rome in a working class neighborhood. There aren't many options for dining. The grocery store is a long walk away. The metro and train station are accessible, but also a bit of a hike.

Charged 83 EU when checking in.

When checking in, the owner gave us an careful introduction which I felt good. At the final of it, we were charged 83 EU of additional payment as cleaning fee and city tax according to him calculating quickly by his calculator. We just paid with nothing to do for against. In a invoice that he gave us after the payment, the cleaning fee for 3 nights was 57 EU while 24 EU was as tax. I don't know why it's inaccurate. Then I don't know why a primary explanation for such an extra payment is not shown on the website. I just don't like such an extra payment.
