Clean room. Flora was wonderful and helpful. We needed to stow our bags the day we checked out and she allowed us to store them for the day at no additional charge. Great location close to Roma termini just a short walk.

room is great! bathroom is great! owner/manager pays attention to details. There are instructions for everything, communication is great, and room has a good size. It's also very clean. The only thing that could improve is the space to sit on the toilet (the toilet is touching the walls basically, but I wouldn't take one entire star just because of that).

It was a wonderful place to stay, very specious, modern, quiet and conveniently located in the city centre, just a short walking distance from Termini and Repubblica stations. The host, Flora is very friendly and helpful.I would definitely book again..

We had one evening in Rome before taking a train trip the next morning. This place was perfect as it was walking distance to Roma Termini. Communication was great and the staff were helpful. I would stay here again.

Excellent location close to the metro/train station. Great restaurants in the area. The room was wonderful for 3 of us-Queen bed and twin for my adult son. Refrigerator, safe, and espresso machine(cartridges provided daily). A/C was quiet & much needed after site seeing in 101 degrees. Private large bathroom- with rain shower. Soap, shampoo and body wash provided. Our host Flora provided excellent recommendations.

Great place to stay, especially if you're in and out of Rome, and want to get to the train station easily. The host is wonderful. The place is clean and comfortable. One suggestion, provide customers with instructions on getting in and out of the building. I had to count on other people who happened to be in the building for information on where Sofia suites is in the building, and how to enter and exit the locked front door.

It was a quick stay for us but it was super easy to get I. With the instructions provided. Very quiet, though there were no other occupants of the adjacent rooms there was also no outside noise. Reasonable walk to core shopping area and Trevi fountain.
