Well appointed with all necessities in room and common area. Comfy bed with open air access overlooking street. City tax payment a but if a hastle - but its everywhere in Italy..

The location was fantastic! Close enough to walk everywhere but tucked away a little so was super quiet. Check in instructions were clear. Would not hesitate to book again.

Nice little guesthouse

Really nice little guesthouse. In a superb location for walking around Rome. Very easy to check in (just make sure you pay the taxes prior to arrival and provide your ID). Keys were in the lockbox provided with all relevant information sent the previous day. Was quiet, comfortable. And the sister hotel allowed to store our luggage at their hotel on the final day which was really appreciated by us as it meant we could go out and enjoy our final day.

The property is located at a very nice area, very walkable. The only thing I didn’t like was that I smelled cleaning supplies all night, either the cleaning crew sprayed a lot of detergent or the linens were not properly rinsed. It was very bothering in the entire room. Other than that, it was clean and cute!

This property has no staff on site. We had to rely on the neighbouring property for assistance when we couldn't get in when we arrived, when the WiFi went out and when we needed assistance to arrange for a taxi to the airport. Also, please note that these rooms are on the second floor and there is no elevator so those with mobility issues need to consider this. The property is centrally located and we were able to walk to the Colosseum, Trevi Fountain, Spanish Steps and the Vatican.

Room was nice enough. Good amenities and really nice shower. Different check-in procedure, as this place does not have reception and so they ask you to WhatsApp passport photos + send card details over WhatsApp to pay city tax. We rang to ask to pay city tax in the main hotel before checking in and not do this on WhatsApp. Our check in was slightly late but didn’t affect us too much. Noticed that there were a few ants in our room but nothing that put us off just staying the one night! Really well located and perfect spot for a short stay in Rome! Couldn’t complain for the price

Room review

Went outside the box on this trip and chose to stay in a guest house as opposed to a hotel. The location was perfect, central to all the main attractions, and the host was easy to contact and very responsive. The room itself was clean, large and the bathroom had been updated. There was a shared eating area/kitchen outside the room which was very convenient. The building itself was old and the passageway and staircase to the room was narrow but that’s to be expected in a residential building in Rome. Overall I would definitely stay here again

We loved this property on our vacation. The location was excellent. The area was extremely safe and we felt comfortable walking around. Within a block of transportation. Restaurants all around us. The room was very comfortable. Updated bathrooms and very clean. Would definitely recommend this property to anyone traveling to Rome.
