The double room is spacious and welcoming, featuring a private bathroom exclusively for guests. It is located in an apartment shared with the owner. You will have access to a well-equipped kitchen, living room, and relaxation area, all shared with the host. The apartment offers air conditioning, Wi-Fi, on-demand TV, and a washing machine.



On sunny days, you can relax on one of the two private balconies—perfect for enjoying the Roman atmosphere.



Free street parking is available. Events with external guests are not permitted. The apartment is in a residential area with many amenities and excellent metro (Line A) connections. The historic center, within the Aurelian Walls, can be reached in about 30 minutes.
