Check in was good and everything fine for 4 days but last night air conditioner broke we had to move across town to another room and after having plans to visit during the day at night moving was not fun! They took care of setting us up in another room but it was inconvenient! But area was very nice close to the Basilica of St Peter, St Peter’s Square Vatican City and all other places!

Vi tyckte hotellet var utmärkt! Bra läge, fint rum med sköna sängar och stort badrum. AC som gjorde rummet svalt var väsentligt också då det var mellan 34-38 grader varmt under vår vistelse i Rom. Frukosten på caféet 5 min bort var också finfin.

We really liked the property, which was very secure and in the center of the Vatican. The suite we had was very comfortable. We didn't have any problems, and the service was excellent.

Check-in was at a different location than our room, about a 5 minute walk. Received a message that fee needed to be paid in Euro, but told credit card was preferred when I was checking in. Needed two different keys when entering building where room was located and only given one set for our group of 4, making it difficult when we split up. Site says free breakfast is included, but there was no mention of free breakfast when we checked in. Checkout is supposed to be in person to drop off keys at same place as checkin, but no one was around at checkout, so had to leave key with cleaning staff member.

Locatie is gunstig gelegen, veel is lopend te doen. Bovendien voldoende horeca tentjes in de nabijheid. De kamer is vrij klein. Dit lijkt op de foto’s anders. Het bed is erg goed! We vonden de schoonmaak onder de maat. Zelfs 2x vergeten om de handdoeken te verschonen. Ontbijt is bij een bakkerij geregeld maar de medewerkers daar zaten overduidelijk niet op ons te wachten. Met bonnetjes mag je een ontbijt vragen. Dit wordt met veel zuchten en puffen geregeld. Het ontbijt is heel simpel. Vanwege het bed krijgt dit verblijf een voldoende.

Ruhige Gegend, etwas hellhörig. Alle Sehenswürdigkeiten sind zu Fuß erreichbar. Kein Frühstück kann man aber in der Umgebung kaufen. Sehr nah zum Vatikan und zur Metro.

The attention of the Indian guy was the best, he was very kind, however, the girl at the reception was grumpy, she didn't respond to messages. It's important to mention 🚩it's not a hotel, it's a condominium and the access is not simple.

No estaban el dia que llegamos para entregar la habitacion y tuve que alquilar una noche en otro hotel para poder dormir hasta el lunes que pude contactar con ellos eso nos disgusto mucho el baño sucio y muy pequeño mi es poso tenia que aguantar la respiracion para poder entrar y las paredes de la ducha con moho ,ademas tubo que destupir la regadera para poder saliera agua para bañarse ,no habia aire acondicionado y te decian que abrieras la ventana y el ruido de la calle no te dejaba descansar(tengo video que dan fe de ello)

The room was very comfortable with a lovely bathroom. The location is excellent, five minutes away from Vatican and a metro station. Brilliant amenities for the shopping, eating or just relaxing. Unfortunately, the communication with the reception was poor. Also, it is not suitable for disabled people. There’s hardly anyone at the reception to help as there are many stairs inside the building.

Great location, a couple blocks from St. Peter's square and Vatican. Very close to Metro station, bus stops , dining, shopping. Room was clean and quiet. Only negative thing was that it is not possible to check in before 2pm and the site listed to store luggage is at the hotel that manages the rooms and it is a cab ride away. These are rooms in an apartment building on a lovely street/neighborhood. Once you are in room with door codes and key to front door it is great. Checkout is easy, just leave front door key in room and then you can leave anytime. Towel/cleaning every day if you wish.The 2pm time listed to check-in is correct with no wiggle room. You supposedly can arrange for early check-in, but do so days before you arrive. There is no one onsite except 2-8pm except cleaning from 12-2pm. My advice is to alert the property a few days before if you need early check-in. I only emailed the day before and it was not soon enough. We finally got in room an hour early but only because the cleaner was there and helped us call and translate. Next time I will alert them days before if I need early check-in so can have codes before I arrive. Would definitely recommend it, just believe the times they list for check-in. There is not any wiggle room for showing up early. Also, begin a dialogue through Whatsapp with Star Vatican before you arrive, it will save you frustration when you arrive. Except for check in frustration, it was wonderful experience.

I was bitten by bed bugs in this hotel. I reported the incident to the management with pictures of the bed bugs, bed bug bites, and blood on sheets. The management moved me to another room. I have requested a refund but the management has not obliged. I request Expedia to expedite the refund.

La llegada es complicada puesto que son apartamentos con sistema de clave , a pesar de que llame 2 veces a preguntar si había alguien en reception o lobby porque llegaba tarde en la noche y me dijeron que si había las 24 horas y en lo que llegamos al sitio contratando un taxi me cambiaron a otro edificio que tuvimos que caminar 2 cuadras por el cambio de último momento !!!! NO HAY LOBBY , todo es por WhatsApp . La habitación quedaba a nivel de estacionamiento por lo que en las mañana un ruido infernal de los carros y motos !!!! Y hay zancudos …..
