Our stay here was fantastic. Not only was the apartment clean an quiet, but the beds were comfortable, A/C was nice and cool, and shower was nice!! But the location was the best part!! Right at the bottom of the Spanish Steps… shopping and restaurants were all around you! I would stay here again and again!

Amazing Location!!

Super convenient location at the base of the Spanish steps. Really easy access to all the sites of Rome. Very comfortable apartment, the tub in the bedroom was a great plus every evening for our sore feet! The kitchenette is basic, but more than enough to have coffee or tea, or cook a plate of pasta. Such a magical trip!

A perfect location

We are two elderly with an adult grandson, so the small size of the apartment was perfect for us. The lift always worked, and the air conditioning was a huge bonus as we found it a very nice relief from the crowds and heat. Our host was extremely helpful throughout our stay, and the whole check in/check out process was seamless.

This property is amazing! It is located in Piazza di Spagna half a block from the Spanish Steps. The Trevi Fountain is a 10 minute walk. It's on the 3rd floor with an elevator. The host, Alessandro, is so helpful and easy to communicate with -- he arranged our transport to the airport with a 4am pickup. We loved it!

This apartment has an amazing location! We could basically walk everywhere or take the train - although we ended up using Uber most of the time because we were super tired. Even though it’s right in the city, the apartment is really quiet. The only issue was that just a few hours before check-in, we found out there was a late check-in fee and a tourist fee - neither of which had been mentioned before or listed on their page. I think this was a major communication issue. We had to pay in cash and figure out how to find an ATM late at night, which was a bit of a headache. The furniture also felt quite fragile, and the shower in the bathroom is really small - definitely uncomfortable.

My family of 4 spent 4 nights in this apartment and you can’t beat the location! We were right at the bottom of the Spanish Steps and could walk everywhere! The 2 bedrooms were nice sized and very dark, which made sleeping easy! You could add natural light to the rooms easily. It was great to have 2 bathrooms (2 toilets are a must with a family of 4.) The shower in the smaller bathroom is really small but it works and was great for our teenage boy! The check in process and communicate was great!!!

Spectacular in Piazza di Spagna!

We had a wonderful time in Rome! Exactly what we needed as a family of three. Perfect location right next to the Spanish Steps and especially wonderful for an avid shopper like myself! Alessandro, the host, is excellent and extremely responsive. He was very helpful in helping us book airport transfers, had easy and explicit instructions for the apartment, it was truly was a seamless stay.
