Incredibly small room/ long stay not recommended

Not recommended for longer stay (ie not > 2 days) too stressful to stay in such smal room. Hotel staff messed up our dinner reservation with a popular hotel in town. So embarassed at the restaurant. It is very clean. Location is perfect. Breakfast variety is good. They should have shown a real picture to show the size of the room for potential customers. We didnt expect for huge room, but at least a room for this price, two persons could get out of the room together easily when door was opened.

Overall good stay. Wonderful reception staff, great central location for sightseeing, breakfast is decent, housekeeping is good, but soundproofing is not good. Could clearly hear other room occupants opening and closing their doors, their footsteps, talking and even blow-drying their hair.

Rooms were of a good size as were the showers. Smaller than US standards but good size for Italy. Bed and pillows were comfortable. Hotel room clean. Staff accommodating. Breakfast mediocre.

We stayed here at the beginning and end of our trip to Italy. Two different rooms, but both were great! First we stayed in their largest room with a balcony and it was very spacious with a great outdoor space for evening wine on the patio. We also stayed in a regular room for a night before our flight home. It took was very nice, albeit smaller like a typical European hotel room. Beds were comfortable, bathrooms nicely appointed with robes and slippers, and the room was very clean. The truly outstanding part of this hotel is the staff. I mean as warm and welcoming as any staff at any hotel I’ve ever been too. Lately, breakfast was decent… not incredible, but there’s enough options for everyone to be fed for the day for sure. Great hotel that’s centrally located, less than a 10 minute walk to the central train station that goes to the airport and other cities. Wonderful restaurants, bars, and a grocery store at the end of the block.

When arrived there was an emergency fire it was nothing serious but we had to get out of the room and walk down 4 floors to the lobby. Then room was very small no place to put luggage. Staff was friendly and helpful but if you care about being comfortable this hotel is not a great fit.

Hôtel bien situé mais rue peu sécurisée. Casse de la vitre de mon véhicule et vol de quelques objets. Curieusement, à 20 mètres, se trouve un parking sécurisé dont l’hôtel n'a pas d'accord et ne l'indique pas sur sa page. Arrivé tard tard dans la nuit, j'ai cherché celui que cet établissement m'a indiqué...sans le trouver. Résultat une vitre brisée qui aurait pu être évitée. A décharge, l'hotel m'a fourni de quoi faire une réparation de fortune.

It was very poor service the room was so cold when I ask for heater they just ignored me. The breakfast was so bad. No healthy options and the small fruit tray was so old and looks so bad. The eggs were overcooked. If I could I would give them zero star.

Located very close to the terminal and just off one of the main streets in Rome, via Nazionale. It is a cosey boutique style hotel with great character and is no more than 25 minutes walk to most of the attractions in the city. The rooms are quaint but have all the essentials you need. The staff were very friendly and we often found ourselves having a chat with them at the desk at the end of day.

Beautiful place with lots of character. Walkable to literally everything you need to see while in Rome for a day. Staff is fantastic and helpful, rooms are quiet and cute and bathroom was roomy. Good breakfast spread in the am. Lots of options for dining and main train station nearby. Would definitely stay here again.
