The Iconic staff is beyond friendly, helpful, knowledgeable and wonderful. The room was quite small (average for Europe) but very well appointed with nice toiletries (Acqui di Parma), Nespresso, good hair dryer and even a hairbrush! Housekeeping was perfect and fast

In Rome, a well located hotel can really enhance your vacation. This hotel is perfectly located. Staying here meant that my group could easily walk to large numbers of famous locations, delicious restaurants and cool stores. At check-in we were given coupons for free drinks at the rooftop restaurant/bar, which we used and loved. The rooftop of this hotel is a marvelous place to spend time after a great day walking around in Rome. The hotel rooms are modern and well air conditioned. The beds are comfortable. I highly recommend this hotel.

The property is in a wonderful location, walkable & convenient to most places you wish to visit in Rome Check in was friendly & professional The room was a decent size for a major city hotel, spotlessly clean & great quality bed linens, the room was a little dark & looked out to the back wall of other properties but it didn’t matter as we were out most of the time anyway Great quality toiletries & other amenities in the bathroom We had drinks at the roof top bar several times which had the most amazing view We had a great stay & would return

Beautiful hotel. Great location. Lovely staff. It’s not the quietest, partly because of the location and some noise travels between rooms too. There was a rooftop bar but we couldn’t get a table to sit up there despite being guests. I would recommend staying here though. The building is stunning and staff were wonderful.

Staffs were amazing. Super kind and helpful. Location is great. A lot of restaurants around it. Easy to get taxis. Room was clean and well appointed. But a little noisy from the hallway. Bathroom smells a little bit. But overall nice stay.

We had the pleasure to stay at the Pantheon Iconic Rome Hotel during Thanksgiving Week. The staff at the front desk, housekeeping, rooftop bar and restaurant were always friendly and attentive. Service was swift and gracious. The property and guest room were clean and very well appointed. In spite of being a stone's throw away from the Pantheon, the room was quiet. We thoroughly enjoyed breakfast on the rooftop. The selection, quality and freshness of the food was wonderful. But the view...was spectacular. An oasis. We highly recommend staying at The Pantheon Iconic Hotel.

Would definitely recommend for location and comfort, but the staff could have been more welcoming and it was very loud in our room. The bed is less than 1m from The door and the door does not block any noise, it is like the people passing your room are in your room. Also the aircon was very loud and the lights in the room were very random coming on and off by themselves in the morning. Stylish place but with a few drawbacks
