the service is not good. nothing is clear. the room is not in a very good condition, and i am not sure how clean it actually was. when we arrived, we had to call a number for them to open the gate. the number was not working… i texted the other number i was given on whatsapp and they were not replying so i tried to call and no response. i was let in by a random person who lived in the building (the hotel is located in an apartment complex). they finally replied about 15-20 mins later to tell me they opened the gate (it was too late). i then arrived in the apartment which serves as the hotel, and there was no staff at the counter. i had to text the number on whatsapp to know which room was mine, and again, they took 15 mins to reply. This hotel is also classified as a “bed and breakfast”. it is said that breakfast is included. It is not an actual breakfast. it is packaged sweets and coffee. for the price, it’s okay that there’s no breakfast included, but i would rather they just say it, instead of lying. i have not seen staff at any point during my stay. nothing was clear, from my room number to the checkout process. they don’t tell you how it works… they did give me some recommendations for restaurants nearby the hotel, which was appreciated. other than that… i’m not sure i would rebook this place.

We had great stay, room and bathroom were clean. Accommodation was quite. Owners were very helpful to navigate us throughout the city, and to find a right transportation to central Rome. We had ordered Italian food from San Marino restaurant, that was recommended to us and the food was delicious. The only problem was that there were no cutlery in B&B to eat it with. Overall great experience. Thank you.

Great, easy stay

Great stay and great location - bus stop right outside, 10 mins walk to train, 15 mins to metro - super easy. Some advice/notes if you're staying here - make sure they have your phone number for checkin, as you have to call a number to get through the gates. If not, just call their main number and ask, someone picked up right away and opened the gate for us! There is free breakfast but it's just prepackaged stuff like brioche and some cartons of juice that is out in the lobby throughout the day. We grabbed some the night before and had breakfast in bed! Great stay for the price and friendly staff (when we saw them) - no complaints :)

Teljesen rendben volt így pár éjszakára, főleg hogy nagyrészt csak aludni jártunk oda. Reggeli az valóban nem tartozik a szálláshoz ahogy azt már többen is írták, egy-egy zacskós péksüti és viz van kitéve, ami nyilvan jobb mint a semmi de reggelinek nem nevezhető. A tulaj nekem rögtön felvette a telefont ahogy hívtam, utána pedig Whatsapp-on beszéltünk, ott is rögtön válaszolt mindenre. Nem egy luxus lakosztály de aki Rómába utazik és városnézés a cél, arra teljesen alkalmas! Busz és vonat is kb 5 perc sétára van, és bármerre indulnál a szállásról minden sarkon van egy pékség/ étterem/ bár.

Chambre simple loin du bruit

La chambre était confortable quoique simple. L'emplacement était idéal pour nos besoins : 30-40 mins en bus du centre de Rome. Donc pas trop loin pour faire des activités et pas trop proche pour bien dormir :) Plusieurs magnifiques restaurants loin des pièges à touristes sont à distance de marche. Notre hôte était très serviable. Deux machines à espresso DeLonghi étaient disponibles pour nous le matin avec quelques pâtisseries. Ma copine et moi avons appréciés notre séjour et recommandons grandement ce B&B à d'autres jeunes voyageurs qui passent quelques jours à Rome.

Essenziale ed economico senza pretese però.

B&B molto basico, in una palazzina di via Nomentana. Ascensore antico con porte basculanti che in due + valigia bisogna fare acrobazie per chiudere le porte. Camera standard con mobilio basico. Bagno un po' vecchio, doccia che perde per chiusura porta non efficace, scarico wc a muro, ecc.... Insomma tutto molto basico ma del resto a Roma con quel prezzo nn ci si può lamentare. Eccellente il servizio di reception e informativo online e via mail, che consente un accesso alla struttura facile e rapido, e qualche suggerimento per il soggiorno. Qualche dubbio sulla sicurezza però mi rimane. Colazione basica.
