The staff and location was great. Our room was very small but we had our own bathroom. I would def stay again. You got breakfast (included) on an AMAZING rooftop terrace and at night had food and drinks avail to purchase. It was so so clean and the best location!

Lovely

Vista is a really nice hotel with a perfect location. The staff is so friendly and as it is a small hotell (few rooms) it is easy to get to know them and you get a "family" feeling about the place. The terrace is fantastic, don't forget to have some drinks up there at night - amazing - and if weather permits have your breakfast up there too. I will certanly stay here next time in Rome, just have to remember to book ahead of time, few rooms and I can understand that they get booked early - a great place to stay in Rome.

This is located about 150 meters from the Pantheon and is ideally located for walking to both the Vatican and the Coliseum (both 30 minutes) It is10 minutes from the Trevi fountain and 15 minutes from the Spanish steps.Many resturants and bars right outside

Seems like a hidden gem in the heart of Rome. The rooms were simple, but nice. Quiet. The detached bathroom really wasn't a big deal. Rooftop terrace was awesome and staff was all very helpful and friendly.

Great hotel, great service, highly recommend

We had a great stay at La Vista Rooms & Terrace. The staff were beyond service minded and helped me with booking a restaurant for my husband's 50th birthday, they came with several venue suggestions. When we unfortunately got food poisoned our first night (not at the hotel) they offered any help we might need. The room and the bathroom was very nice and clean. The bed comfortable. Breakfast was very good. Walking distance to all sites (2 min from Pantheon). If there is one thing I would wish for, it would be darker curtains because it gets light early. Other than that we were very happy with this hotel.

Excellent location that is two minutes away (including time to get downstairs) from the Pantheon. This also means you are close to a taxi stop. I really think this is THE central location to visit Rome for sightseeing. It is extremely convenient but still very quiet. The room is small but not too small and very clean. The amenities are basic but covers everything you need. The only thing I wish they could add would be a kettle and/or espresso machine. Good breakfast with excellent rooftop view. Also you get freshly made coffee/cappuccino included in the room fee. Front desk is staffed during day time hours and is super helpful.

Great Rome location

This location was great, near the Pantheon and convenient bus stop. We enjoyed our stay even though the weather didn’t allow us to spend much time on the terrace, too windy and rainy. However, as an older traveler, I found the lack of hanging and drawer space frustrating. This also was the case at another renovated hotel, not sure why limited drawer space is a thing now. This is also the first hotel I’ve stayed at that had no facial tissue (Kleenex) in the bathroom. I did ask for some and they provided it. I don’t want this to be negative because the staff were very kind and helpful and our stay was great.

Fantastic stay

Location was great. 3mins to Pantheon, 3mins to the bus stop to The Termini, Vatican, etc. Easy walk to Trastevere. Breakfast was great and service was great too. The room that was available was the one without attached toilet but it was not an issue for us. Security is good. One point is that maybe the toilet should be accessed by card rather than key but I am sure the owner will look into that soon. Highly recommend this hotel.

Séjour idéal pour couple - rooftop incroyable

Très belle expérience dans ce petit Boutique idéalement placé dans le quartier du Panthéon. Chambre 1, confortable et spacieuse. Il y a évidemment quelques soucis d'insonorisation du fait d'être à côté de la réception et en dessous de la salle de petit déjeuner mais rien de grave et qui n'empêche de dormir avec la fatigue accumulée durant nos promenades quotidiennes dans Rome. L'emplacement est idéal et le rooftop est un énorme avantage. Le petit déjeuner à l'italienne (une boisson chaude et une viennoiserie) peut se concevoir mais malheureusement pas avec une machine à capsule (café brûlé infect) et un croissant bas de gamme accompagné de petite barquette de Nutella ou de confiture industrielle. Dommage mais compenser par le fait que nous pouvions amener ce que l'on voulait en supplément sur le rooftop. On en a donc pas tenu rigueur dans notre note et l'expérience générale. Check-in et out parfait, à partir de 11h et jusqu' 11h mais toujours avec accès à certains avantages de l'hôtel le dernier jour grâce à un qr code.
