交通方便

不太理想，不是正规的酒店，而是一个家庭旅馆。不过地理位置很好，离火车站地铁很近。

Sweet place to stay, but limited time for check in

Nice and clean room to stay.. Staff are nice. Nice breakfast. They even provides a water boiler in the hall way for making coffee and tea, it is very nice. The air conditioner is a little bit small so it takes some time to lower the temperature, but at least it is work. Not far away from train station and metro, but not so close to those tourist points. Because our room has some distance from the office, the WIFI signal become very week and had some difficulty to access internet. The really down side of this hotel is that It is very very difficult to find, no sign outside, even if you get in the apartment front door, you still have no idea where it is. And the front desk will not be there all the time, so you might have to make a phone call for them to open the door.

Notre hôte était très prévenant pour préparer notre arrivée. Logement très simple mais tout à fait correct. Très proche du métro (150m à pied) mais dangereux d'accès car pas de trottoir (du fait de travaux lors de notre présence). Le petit déjeuner était sympa, l'hôtesse essayait de varier un peu chaque matin et avait des attentions pour les enfants. Par contre point négatif, le quartier est très bruyant la nuit (circulation, chantier, train).

Would not recommend!

We had notified the hotel of our arrival time, which happened to be later in the evening. They proceeded to not show up after we waited over an hour and tried to contact them on the contact phone number. Have never contacted us back and has continued to withdraw the local taxes out of my bank account despite them failing to provide a service.

Clean, comfortable but finding it is problematic

The hotel is very close to the Rome Tiburna train station but if I had not found instructions on how to reach it I would never have found it or figured out how to get in. All of the b&bs in this area are the same and you need a phone to call the manager to come let you in. They dont speak English generally. Once you get to the room though it is very nice clean and comfortable.

The hotel is fine, location close to the train station. We had to pay extra 10 euro because we got there after 10pm.

I am happy expect the beak fast . When I book the place I been told we will get free breakfast,The day we went in there they gave us a packet of croissaunts and a one litre juice.then said this is our breakfast for four days for four of us. . waste was not emptied when we where there.

The service was very nice and the room was clean and I loved how close it was to the train station. However, when I first arrived I was nervous because it is located inside an apartment building on the third floor and I had trouble finding. I also had to walk up some stairs and had a large, heavy suitcase which was not fun.

Ottimo soggiorno a titina

Il personale è molto gentile e disponibile. La posizione è ottima e strategica. Manca il bidet. A capodanno ci hanno fatto la sorpresa con una bottiglia piccola di spumante, un panettone e due barrette kinder molto apprezzati. Colazione abbondante.

Best accessibility but worst

Picked this one due to the location from Tiburtina. But, this was not a hotel. If you just want to stay for the next day trip to another city by train, it is just fine. If not, please don't even think about it.

Sehr laut durch Straßenverkehr.

Preiswert aber sehr schlechte Lage. Zimmer sind einfach aber sauber. Keine Gegend wo man abends Essen gehen kann.

イタリア語の話せる日本人にはオススメ

　ホテル（B&B：マンション内の一角にある）のロケーション（駅から徒歩2分程度）や、室内のクオリティーは非常に良かったです。　しかし、駅周辺の治安の悪さは非常に危険です。夜になるとホームレスが駅の周辺をうろつき、ホテルの前のゴミ箱を漁っていたりします。私たちは、ホームレスから襲われそうになりました。　また、ホテルはマンションの中にあるのでフロントもなく、連絡がつかない限りオートロックの為、マンションの中には入れません。wifiで連絡を取り合っていた私たちはなんとかタクシーのおじさんに携帯で連絡を取ってもらいました。さらに、従業員の方は親切な方ですが、英語をあまり話す事ができません。　まとめると、【イタリア語を話せる方、滞在中常に連絡ができる端末を持っている方、明るいうちにホテルに到着できる方】にのみオススメします。
