This stay was not only underwhelming, but gross. First I found lots of someone else's hair throughout the shower - clearly not cleaned properly. When I pulled the sheets back someone else's black hair was already under the sheets. Again - not cleaned properly if at all. There were multiple stains in the sheets too. When they came halfway through our stay to "clean" the place, they gave us fresh towels (again with a stain on one of them), two shower caps in plastic packaging, one of which was already open, and they made the bed but did not change or clean the sheets. I felt disgusted the whole time I was there. We tried using the kettle and what came out of it was full of things floating, hair, etc. The water we boiled just got dumped down the sink. We paid almost $1000 Canadian for only 3 nights and I am thoroughly unimpressed. I do not recommend staying here.

I requested a refund because we weren’t able to travel do to the war breaking out 2 days before we were scheduled to travel. I was never able to reach a human but the prompt response was no I couldn’t get a refund.

Location is amazing! Room is lovely. The only reasons I didn’t give it a five is the shower is tiny with very low pressure and we only got hot water at certain times of the day. Finding it is a bit of a challenge. Shuttle driver dropped us off at wrong location and took us 20 minutes walking in rain with luggage to find it. Some landmark locations adjacent to room would be good to put in location description. Would stay again.

O check-in foi super fácil, não tivemos problemas para achar o lugar. A localização é perfeita, você chega em todos os lugares a pé e tem muitas comodidades ao redor. A suíte é pequena, mas confortável, além de ter uma vista linda. Ficaríamos lá novamente em uma próxima vez em Roma.

Great location, close to everything. Room was on the small side but still plenty of room. We were lucky enough to get a corner room so we had a balcony and views on 2 sides. We were given the wrong code to get in the door, but one quick Whatsapp call and it was all sorted.

A princípio, achei o self check-in um pouco confuso, mas falei com eles pelo WhatsApp e deu tudo certo. O quarto estava limpo, tinha chaleira elétrica, frigobar, ar condicionado (que não testamos, pois estava frio) e o banheiro tinha um bom tamanho e limpo. A localização é excelente! Não pegamos transporte público nem táxi em nenhum dia, pois dava pra fazer tudo a pé, apreciando a cidade.

The room was quaint loved the decor, small but adequate for our one night stay . If you are a bigger person the shower could be an issue . There is no front desk everything is done via email and what’s app and we had no issue getting in ! Area was perfect 3 min to Trevi
