Nice stay, good deal considering the location, friendly staff! Wifi wasnt working due to some maintenance, Else comfortable stay. Great, we could keep our bags for an entire day after check out. Good to know: A little walk around for collecting the keys.

The only thing I didn't like was that the actual rooms are not in the address that shows in their profile, so get ready to walk or grab a taxi once they give you the keys. The room was clean, modern, good, new, comfortable, and I personally recommend this place to stay in Rome.

Perfect location close to the centre of the city. The room is small but has most facilities. The price per night is relatively high and hence one expects a very good accommodation. The reality differs from the expectation. The room needs tender love and care. The bathroom needs repair so that smell of sewer no longer is present. The room itself as well is in need of repair, for example the hole in the wall next to door.

AVOID AT ALL COST. SERIOUSLY. The check in is a 15 minute walk away from the actual property, we didn't realize this. Had to take 3 total ubers to finally get the key and enter the property. The property has a poorly constructed elevator, where if the door isn't closed by other residents, you can't call it. Had to walk up 4 flights of stairs to close the elevator to call it back down. The property is badly managed, deteriorated, and dirty. On expedia it is advertised as a hotel, it is not. They advertise for 24/7 shuttle service to the airport, it doesn't exist. The thermastat for the room was broken, we sat in our sweat in 90 degree weather at night. The hot tub in the room was broken. Street construction surrounds this property, noisy, inconvenient. Condescending, rude, front desk. Acted like it was my fault that their expedia advertisements is false and misleading.

Las condiciones del hotel son decrépitas. La habitación donde me quedé tenía el jacuzzi destruido, las tuberías del baño oxidadas,, parte de las instalaciones sucias, todo en condiciones antiguas y sin mantenimiento

Un bel luogo seppur con qualche pecca

Esperienza positiva come lo è stato la prima volta, unica pecca nel bagno la finestra rimaneva aperta perché non c’era la maniglia e poi mancava anche la tenda alla finestra del bagno. Pertanto ho dovuto mettere un asciugamano per non farmi vedere dalle persone che abitavano di fronte

Отличное расположение. Заселение прошло без проблем. Мы пришли по указанному адресу, там все заполнили, нас проводили по адресу где находится квартира. Парень зашел, открыл номер и быстро убежал. Мы подумали, что как-то странно это было. Оказалось, что в нашем номере был о расколото биде. Мы написали, что у нас расколото биде. Поэтому просматривайте номер, прежде чем принять его.

Don’t Stay Here!

What a nightmare! We didn’t realize until we had booked that check in is at a hotel a 10 minute walk away. We arrived at the first location just before 2 pm check in. The clerk there told us to hurry to this hotel as the housekeeper was just finishing up and would wait for us. We got there at 2:10 and pushed the outside buzzer repeatedly with no response. The phone numbers on the listing and the card we picked up are not in service. I googled the website for the check in hotel and found the correct number. The clerk called the housekeeper and she came down and met us. She was not happy to see us as neither of the 2 rooms we had booked were ready. We are Canadian and speak and understand very little Italian. She speaks no English. She gave us our room keys so that we could drop off our luggage and sent us away. That part was ok as we wanted to explore Rome anyway. When when got back after dinner at 9 pm, we were locked out of our rooms. We were given 3 keys each, 4 were needed to get through The Fort Knox like set up to access the rooms. Apparently one of the doors should never be closed. There were other guests as well who had shut the door for which we had no key. We would have done the same because if we were instructed in Italian to leave that one open we did not understand. We were in the hall for an hour until someone from the other hotel came to let us in. We were awakened in the night by other guests who were also locked out and pounding on the door Don’t stay here!

God beliggenhet og renslig rom. Litt I trangeste laget med boblebad ved siden av sengen, kunne ha vært foruten. Var også litt lite varmt vann til tider. Ellers strålende sted.

Hyggeligt hotel på fantastisk belæggenhed👍

Super flot hotel med lækre værelser. Dog et stor minus var, at vi flere gange oplevede at der intet varmt vand var uanset om det var om morgen eller aften. Og det er lidt upraktisk når der nu var spabad på værelset at man ikke kunne få varmt vand i det. Men med det sagt, lå hotellet perfekt😃Med Engelsborg og Peters kirken 5 minuter væk og shoppe muligheder 10 minuter. Masser af spisesteder lige ude for døren og super hyggelig atmosfære😁 At vi skulle tjekke ind på en anden adresse var heller intet problem. Super venlig modtagelse og kørsel derfra og til hotellet gjorde det hele meget nemt. HUSK GODE TRAVESKO👟 og nyd en skøn by🏛⛲🛵

There is no on site staff. Check in was difficult. You need to check in at a different hotel. I was aware of the procedure. Received email to go directly to my hotel to check in and to phone other hotel on my arrival. No one answered my call. Had to walk to other hotel to check in.
