The room that we stayed in is on the first floor and was outdated, old tv not working, mold in the shower, 2 twin beds placed side by side to make the queen size bed that we paid for. Based on the description of the hotel, we expected a rather modern place. We were very disappointed.

Flot udsigt i trætte omgivelser
This villa is absolutely magnificent. It's historic grandeur and splendor is evident everywhere. There is marble in hallways, bathrooms, everywhere. The restaurant where a large hot breakfast is served is downstairs in arched rooms. The patio and sitting areas have high ceilings and is just grand. The hotel setting is beautiful with olive trees by the pool and a gorgeous view of Rome. The staff is polite and helpful. The only drawbacks were the air conditioning which cooled minimally and the distance from the city. Buses are available from the hotel to the city.
Très deçevant !personnel incompétent et désagréable
Petit déjeuner 0 Dans 1 Salle sans fenêtre Etouffant !
Piscine petite et toujours louée

Ok for a short stay
We booked a family room for 4 (6 & 9YO). Room was nice and big, but a bit empty with only 1 TV and no sofa (as this was used for the kid's double bed).
Service was nice with the people in reception, but restaurant and bar service lacked friendliness and pro-activity.
We booked this location to be near Frascati. It was within walking distance of the town which was perfect for shopping and restaurants. The staff were friendly and helpful especially Angelo at reception, who gave us recommendations of beautiful places to visit in the area.
