Room smelled like stale cigarettes smoke, vinyl floors were filthy, walls had splattered food. When I called the front desk they sent up an employee with a single rag and a bottle of cleaning spray.

The staff members during the day are personable and friendly. I had some issues with the room but the staff took care of them quickly. The property is older so these smaller issues are to be expected. Night time is super quiet and I felt safe.Overall a decent experience

Unfortunately not much was good about the room or property. Front desk she was great. Outdated property and hotel rooms, area had closed restaurants around it. She told us cleaning service was every 14 days, plus we had to sign a no smoking waver but the hallways and room smelled like cigarettes and Marijuana. Not good!

Did not know we would have a kitchen area, it was outdated and no kitchen pieces to use. No shampoo/conditioner or hair dryer. Staff at front desk did not seem very happy. Seemed the first staff member was busy doing other things and the second staff member was chomping on food as she came around the corner to ask if we were checking out. Felt the property left a little to be desired.

Dried poo on inside of toilet. Much debris under the bed including food products, plastic baggies and other items, end table had dried blood on it. The smoke detection system and fire alarm both had plastic wrap covering them . Major problems should fire inspector see what was done as they are big time safety violation

The room was somewhat clean, that is the only good thing I can say. For an extended stay you really do expect maybe a dish or bowl or glass but nothing was there. There is no ice machine, if you want ice, make it yourself. There are NO grab bars in the bathroom, the vanity is that cheap plastic stuff from the 70's. popcorn ceiling. Not one picture on a wall. Unfortunately we were on the first floor so we could not even open our drapes it was like a mole hole. Lights are all different wattage and all mismatched. Refrigerator is from the 80's maybe even older, stove top is like a camping cook top. There were kids out screaming and yelling in the parking lot until after midnight and it really appears to be one of those government subsidized motels where they put homeless up. The entrance turned your stomach. There are a lot of dogs in the building, I like dogs but they really should be under control. Linens were never changed and had to go get our own towels. There are so many other places to stay in the area. It is hard when you are from out of town to figure out where you want to be but trust me this is not the place you want to be. Breakfast was a protein bar, oatmeal, which how can you make oatmeal without a bowl? I could go on but why?
