Staff were excellent on arrival and made us feel welcome and valued. The room was clean and serviced everyday with clean towels etc. There was a good selection of food for breakfast but personally I am not a fan of tinned mushrooms or microwaved scrambled egg. You need a car. The private beach is just perfect. But for day trips it’s worth travelling further afield to Rye, Port Lympne reserve and Camber Sands for the sandy beach. Ashford outlet is also a good stop off for browsing and lunch en route.
