Dette er blot et værelse man lejer, det er ikke et reelt hotel. Man kan ringe til et nummer hvis der mangler noget. Vi kom ikke igennem og måtte selv skaffe toiletpapir. “Our room had a very ugly view over the bins and kitchen extractor fans. This created a loud hum until around 10pm and also brought some cooking smells into the room. The walls are also very thin and we could hear the room next door very clearly. However, after midnight the noise died down and it was quiet. The hotel is in a nice, very rural location.”

“Wonderful stay. Clean and with all the amenities you need. Great location. Privacy. Lovely pub with great food, super friendly. Had a small issue so we called Jonny who answered on the 2nd ring, talked us through the solution, and then gave us some tips on things to do. Great service. Highly recommend and we’ll be back in the autumn.”

“All good”

“Hotel easy to find. As you drive up, the grounds are spectacular. The hotel was beautiful, polite staff, food fairly priced and good. Our room was cleaned & when we returned it was spotless with a beautiful fragrant. So nice. I recommend the Bannertyne hotel highly. Thank you”

“Charming pub in a very good location in Tenterden high street - excellent if visiting Chapeldown or the Kent and Sussex Railway. Our room was very spacious and the bed was super comfy. Staff were very friendly, breakfast was good. and a secure car park is included with the stay. Would highly recommend”

“A lovely hotel with many original features. The dinner and breakfast were lovely, there was a nice selection of both. The room was great and plenty of plugs to charge devices. I liked the lounge/bar area with a wide selection of books and games available for patrons. It's very well located for trips to Battle itself and Hastings. Would very happily stay here again.”
