「The apartments are in a perfect place with lake access, nice dining, great ferry and bus connections which are right outside the door. Just keep in mind there is an a 40 min windy canyon ride included between the space and main tourist attractions. Also loved that there was a bakery and restaurants within walking distance. 「Other than a little struggle with the address, everything was great. Make sure you click on their link for the map instead of doing on your own, haha. Everyone loved the house and it was one of the favorites of our trip.」

「The house had the best views possible. The deck and open living room were where my family wanted to spend mornings having coffee and evenings having a drink. Once you understand the train schedule (they basically run every hour) it’s convenient to all the hotspots you want to visit. We had 5 people and it was very comfortable for all of us.」

"在瑞士10日，共住過5間酒店琉森這間是最喜歡的一間非常方便，距離琉森火車站只需5分鐘左右這次住standard double room，房間相對是普通一點，但所需要的都有，有雪櫃，有冷氣，而且都乾淨，缺點是浴缸，如長者去，就可自行評估是否大問題，同隔音有點差，不過係戴耳塞就可解決既情度早餐也是住過5間酒店中最豐富同好食而最欣賞的是員工非常友善！！"

"The room is good but the check in experience is really bad. The staff at the check in counter is impolite and rude. He was not wearing a name tag and he almost broke our passports. He pressed our passports in 360 degree turn with “deadly force” and it was terrible. When he asked us to pay the city taxes, he just bang on the machine twice with his hand. I hope the hotel can do some training for the check-in counter staffs. "
