"This lovely apartment situated near the centre of the village was just perfect for our holiday. Easy to drive to Lucerne, Bern, Interlaken and the sights around the area. The apartment was fab, with everything we needed to have a fantastic stay. Josephine’s communication with all aspects of our stay was first class, including finding us a parking location in Lucerne that allowed roofbox on the car. I cannot thank you enough for the fab time your property allowed us to have and would highly...

AMERON Luzern Hotel Flora

AMERON Luzern Hotel Flora

8/10 Good
"Very nice hotel. Well situated in Lucern. I have it a generous 4/5. It slightly missed the mark in customer service; I took my wife for a big birthday and requested making it extra special. The hotel did not accommodate or ask me what I would like. This is a first, as we have arrived in rooms to find a birthday cake or a nice personal message at the very least. Also, there were a pair of boots in the wardrobe of the room when we checked in. I took these to reception, where they apologised. Did make me question how well the room was checked and cleaned."
