「入住時櫃檯說沒有我們的訂單，時間已經是晚上，大家很疲憊，等了很久櫃檯沒辦法幫我們，因為網路也不是很好，我們輾轉請客服幫忙，後來順利進房，但這整個過程不是很好，明顯是訂房作業上有問題，如果當時沒有我們的訂單又都沒有空房，那我們真不知道該如何是好。」
