「The shower was dirty. The bed was hard like a rock you can feel the slats under you. Only 2 towels and pillows given was told no after I asked for more. No pool towels provided. Staff are miserable. I tried to contact Wotif a week earlier to shorten my stay but they didn’t respond because I wanted a refund for 1day because we planned to leave early, but no response. Will not be using Wotif again! 」

「Stayed 5days 4 nights its a great escape from the cities. People are so friendly and full of hospitality here. I have been travel for over 50 times alone this place makes me feel refreshed. Empty my mind and fully recharged. Do not expect this is a perfect resort and pla check in with a neutral mindset. The smile of all staff especially the manager are infectious! Highly recommended 」

「We enjoyed our stay at the Barat, and thought it was good value for money. We stayed in a family room, it was clean and comfortable apart from a few ants running around. It was great to have a pool, but the pool needs a bit of maintenance as there are tiles coming off and the sides look like they could do with a clean.
