「We had a great weekend at this cottage! The covered under porch, screened in side porch and views from every window were great! Hope to rent again next summer!」

「Not a bad spot at all. Kinda small for anyone bringing more than five people. The neighbors in front don’t like the fact it is being rented out. If you don’t mind glares or the occasional lawn being mowed while relaxing outside, it’s a good spot. The other residents around are super nice and allow you to use their deck for fishing and swimming. The surrounding area is nice. Really close to a grocery store.」

「The place was very nice! Many nice touches and we didn’t need anything. Just a heads up that the space at the lake is down over a steep hill, so be prepared to drive down if taking many things to enjoy around the fire pit. Front porch was a great place to sit in the mornings and the neighborhood was clean and quiet. Kitchen was well stocked and loved the decorative touches 」

「Location, comfort, peace and quiet. We enjoyed our stay at Timber 1 so much. Host extremely attentive and helpful with area attractions and wineries. Cute cottage near lots of wineries and restaurants. No need to go to Watkins Glen. We can’t wait to return.」

「There is NO house number on the building. The host did NOT provide us with info prior to arrival, we had to message him to get access. It appeared that check in was at 4:00, but turned out it was 3:00. The actual property appearance does NOT look like the pictures online. Outside is overgrown, dirty and cobweb’s everywhere. Inside smells musty and gross. Flies everywhere, spiders in the bathroom and shower. It was not clean under the bed. There’s no bathroom soaps or wash clothes and the towels...
